Poor Costumer service I got a problem with my employer he doesn t compensate me for my work I reported him to onlinejobs support but clearly they sided with my employer They don t protect employees they only cared about employers who pay them Not a good site to find a good job and a good employer

Blocked me from making direct hire to my business I own a recruitment business and directly need VA s to join my business This was specified in the job advert I received an email stating As per our policy We still don t allow recruiting companies companies that are trying to hire workers for 3rd party clients I tried to log in - not allowed Tried to contact them - chat box disappears after saying recruiters not allowed I was not hiring for a third party client - this was for me my business Onlinejobs ph are basically saying that any candidate who wants to work as a PA VA other cannot work for a recruitment business This is not acceptable makes no sense and I am deeply disappointed with their handling of this matter

Utter rubbish job portal I did a refund the first time after trying to look for a candidate in my agency but sad to say most of the candidates are not qualified Few months later I decided to give it another try and end up even worst I m looking for a no code developer but end up I get less than 5 candidates applying for this role I requested a refund and the customer support says I m not eligible because this is the second time I post a job post complete rubbish tagline you will get 100 refund if you can t hire a suitable candidate from our platform After I reply to them and ask why They ghosted me and not replying to my email anymore What a scam company

Terrible service - DO NOT USE I signed up two months ago then after a couple of weeks I could no longer could access the login area I ve contacted support weeks ago but they still haven t gotten back to me despite continuing to take payment

DO NOT TRUST THEIR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE I tried the service for 28 days and asked them to HONOR their 30 day return policy but they didn t The support rep Jessica thought I was someone else and made some poor excuse about how they can t refund the amount so I m filing a chargeback now Enjoy those fees lady

I have hired many people on this platform and paid for their premium service Of dozens of hires there was one disgruntled worker who complained that we did not compensate her 42 obviously untrue and they kicked us off the platform because of this allegation Onlinejobs ph should not treat their customers this way
