Great people at the best rates if you look
There are good and bad people on any site The good about OnlineJobs ph is that when I find someone great they work for me and don t run off looking to work for someone else I can hire them with no middle man marking up salaries or incentivizing them to get a review and then move on to the next employer I ve found a lot of GREAT people here I d say 3 out of 4 hires have been great But I also do a good amount of work to find good people I do NOT depend on other people s reviews
