Alex telephoned me to arrange my new

Alex telephoned me to arrange my new bill and promised all types of wonderful prices which he said were so much cheaper than what I m paying now He went through all my prices and told me I should take this new offer right away as prices rise daily It turns out Alex was lying through his teeth and my current figures were less than half what he told me and my contract wasn t about to expire in a few days but has almost two years left When I mentioned that I d caught him in his lie he hung up Goodbye Alex I hope others don t rush into anything and check the figures this company tells them over the phone against their actual figures and see what a scam this approach is

exactly the same experience as the previous review I was given prices which were completly wrong and over inflated I was told I wouldnt have been given prices which I deffinately was by Nicky I was told by Alex prices rise daily and I should sign the document to allow them to act on my behalf I am lucky I realised before I did

Dishonest sales techniques complete lies

Very dishonest sales techniques - just lying through the whole call They hung up when I asked them to confirm the details by email while I was on the phone
