Spotify expects me to pay 100 more for the same services - disappointed ex-Unlimited user
Hello after many years Spotify lost a loyal customer I have been using Spotify Unlimited since almost the beginning of that service They decided to close it First I got an email that they will soon remove that plan Then a week later they charged the credit card again and the day after disabled the mobile app for Unlimited Subscribers aka - revert to useless free I am waiting for a refund Of course their support suggests to move to the Premium plan - but didn t explain why I have to pay 100 more for the same service no discounts etc So - expect any time super ultra-HIFI plan and old premium will be canceled and customers have to pay 500 more - why not Strange customer service - especially in the subscription era and many other streaming services

Worst music application EVER Over 20 years experience in audio
Worst music application that I have EVER used by far Don t even start up building a playlist because you ll regret it heavily when you can t even access it Spotify no longer allows web player with Liked Songs playlist They don t even play the songs you WANT to hear Which would be a MAJOR selling point Instead you just get quite literally the same thing as a radio station So I m going back to my local radio station That s how ing bad the situation with Spotify is now

Spotify pays to have negative yet honest reviews about them on Apple Store Frequently That s why their rating is so high I can t see continuing to support or pay for a companies services When said company continuously ignores constructive feedback and then even pays to have it removed They do not wish to solve any problems They find it easier to pump ads in and more than likely use the ad-revenue to remove said negative but constructive reviews Problems - Doesn t listen to constructive feedback- Silences constructive feedback- High Frequency of ads played for extended periods of time on top of screen ads - Has removed my review on the Apple store over a dozen times I actually wish I was kidding sadly I am not-Undervalues artists users would like and instead promotes those that pay for advertisement in playlistse g Iggy Azalea being played for someone that listens to metal

I was sent an email by Spotify for a concert by an artist I follow Celeste including a photo of the artist and a link to buy tickets from Dice As Celeste is one of my favourite singers I duly bought two tickets but after listening to a link on the Dice website realised that this was not Celeste the British singer but a heavy metal group with the same name Dice refused to refund me the tickets and after writing numerous emails and live chats with Spotify they have failed to reply to my emails only sending me the standard replies I would never have bought these tickets if Spotify hadn t sent me this email with the wrong artist I am really not happy and will now change my subscription to Apple Music
