Poor HR Experience London Office
Very poor experience for a company that promises that staff welfare is at the heart of its ethos Applied for a role Was told somebody would be in touch within 48 hours to progress my application I heard nothing So two weeks later I emailed and asked how my application was progressing to be told I had been rejected I asked why and yet again I was ignored If Open Classrooms read this it was the London Office I dealt with

Very very bad
Very very bad I had a teacher with whom the connection was cut all the time and during my defenses the professor s WiFi cut off and he never called back they just want to take our money I have never been reimbursed even though I said that the last month I will not take the last course

Government funded courses scam
I applied for government funded course I got accepted got the class schedule in November for the course that was about to start in January After two weeks I got a very confusing email saying that I ve been in bottom of waiting list and that I m not accepted I thought email was a mistake since I already received the detailed schedule It seems like they got government funding for nothing

Very bad experience with customer
Very bad experience with customer service in France they take an extremely long time to reply copie paste responses not adapted to my requests The customer service on the phone doesn t have any information or power of decisions they can only pass on the messages to the admissions service that never calls back only sends emails that are again not personalized Very bad experience after two months of trying to get their training I gave up and found a different company

After you pay hundreds of Euro for a course you need to pay another subscription to receive a diploma
I successfully completed one of the paths and I need the certificate for my work but I cannot access my dashboard anymore why so I can t download the diploma I have tried to contact them several times with their form but I haven t received a single message ---My company paid hundreds of Euro for the course and I can have a diploma only through a subscription Is this serious

Account locked I can t change password even if I didn t change password I can t reach even customer care even if I sent dozen emails I hope that with this review they will do something but for now the customer experience is terrible and the courses are really weak Update after that this business made me block my account for too many reviews still no news on my account no mail nothing escalated After 60 days of my account blocked for this the situation isn t improved and my email or calls are not answered or directly I have the phone hanged on my face Amazing

I can t login with my account or Google I reported this to police last week Customer care stopped to answer and hang the telephone on my face just on 4th December It is incredible that a paying customer is treated like this I found more legit sites with a prompt customer care and I am happy I will never return or still ask for my account After trying to recupe it the last time after six months I am giving up and sending all to law enforcement
