This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company I ordered a photobook for a Christmas Present from their website which was delivered a week later than expected When it arrived the cover was damaged and every single page was printed incorrectly I emailed the company and received no response I then did the live chat and was told that even with express shipping it would take at least 9 days to arrive This means it now won t be here till after Christmas If it had arrived in time in the first place even messed up I would have had time to get a replacement I will never use this company again

Warning No customer service

Prior to placing a very large order I had a simple question for customer service After waiting for quite some time with a live chat agent I realized that I wasn t chatting with anyone at all I made one more attempt and the same thing happened I m taking my business elsewhere If you re thinking of doing business with this company first see for yourself the lack of any customer service I do not do business with these type of companies

Wrong address

After sending me a mug with an incomplete photo Optimalprint sent me another with a broken handle They agreed to replace it and Evri said they were going to deliver this morning Sadly Evri delivered to the wrong house - photo not my door or my feet This review should probably be Evri but perhaps Optimalprint can track it down I sooo wish I hadn t made this order

Order not what I sent

I ordered two aluminum prints that came back almost black Nothing like what sent Same print from Walmart turn out just fine I went online chat and they keep telling me I had the wrong ID I checked it 25 times and know it is the right number International photographer winner Bryon

The quality of the prints are

The quality of the prints are appalling pixelated and cannot make out images This should have been checked before shipping attempted to log with you but your customer service portal will not allow message transfer cannot get to speak to anyone

I have not received the calendars when you said I would

They were supposed to be delivered last Monday or Tuesday and they were not delivered In Ester s email this morning she couldn t find anything on my order For second I ve emailed my order number and tracking number and I ve heard nothing so far

Awful company

Order 28465930OR Order 28671491 as again communication is wildly unclear Awful company Placed and order on the 9th December Evri tracking constantly says expecting the package Been messaging customer services via email virtual chat and social media - no help at all No telephone number And virtual chat doesn t work often saying I have no order or conveniently disconnected from assistant then new assistant needs a couppe of minutes to review your case only to wait 10 minites to then be disconnected again I ve wasted hundreds of pounds on postage I now can t use and the order I placed and still have no birth announcement cards to announce the birth of my first child in time for Christmas Utterly disgusting service Still waiting for somebody to contact me after a week of reaching out to them

I always create holiday cards from our annual family photos and have them printed by another company I decided to try Optimalprint this year So disappointed in the print quality We had professional photos taken outside on a lovely day with good lighting wearing orange The cards arrived and they are so dark our skin looks gray and you can barely see our faces 70 waste Will not use this service again

Disappointed

Honestly I was so excited to receive these right before Christmas I ordered these on the 14th The estimated arrival was between Dec 22-27 I admit my bad for ordering so late It is now the 27th and the delivery date continues to be pushed back Very disappointed I m almost embarrassed to send them off now Regretting not ordering from Walgreens same day pick and spending the extra 20 I of course would like to cancel my order and call it a loss for this years cards but of course they won t let me
