Do not use this company

Do not use this company we paid for them to come every month 62 I believe it was and still had the same issues I called and talk to the service manager Shelly She wanted to come back to our home to take a look at what pets we were still having which is ridiculous because the same technician knew what the issue was but wasn t treating everything properly I thought that s what they were all about I asked to be refunded and she said no I believe that they use water to be honest because there s no reason why those two tiny little pets that we had were not illuminated

No show no call

We scheduled service for our vacation rental in Maine The company never showed up for the scheduled appointment with no call or email Three days later a rep knocked on the door of our home a half hour past the quoted appointment window Thankfully our clients were out of the house This was for ants that had been seen near our entrance We treated for them ourselves

Bugs got worse they don t care for your opinion

I called them on April to set rat traps in the attic This they did ok However for pest control I started getting roaches AFTER they started coming and got worse and worse at the point I cancelled today since it s clear what they are doing has 0 or negative effect North Charleston brand they couldn t care less why I was leaving and didn t even ask for feedback DO NOT HIRE THEM

The company charged me double price

The company charged me double price The salesperson is super sweet With the greatest sweetness he charged me double and never called me back to resolve the issue

2 weeks ago I contacted ORKIN

2 weeks ago I contacted ORKIN I signed up for service gave them credit card to hold and told some would call and schedule an appointment No one called If they are not interested I am not interested I cancelled my service and will look elsewhere

Poor Orkin Pest control service

Had Orkin Pest control service treat my home Home built in 2019 for termites in Florida Orlando area Spent thousands of dollars only to see termite infestation inside of the home in less than 7 months from treatment Not sure what sort of Termite treatment they used Very disappointed with the performance

Customer service was a disservice

All we asked is that Orkin notify us 24 hours in advance of their visit We needed to assure one of us was home to assure they could get into our secure building We live in a condo with inside entrances Only once in 15 months did we receive advanced notice The other times we were not home therefore didn t receive our service timely We called each time and were assured we would be notified Not so much Their customer service was a disservice

Manger Derek was terrible

Manger Derek was terrible Was charged for a service that I was told would be covered for free under their conditions of coming back for free since the pest was not controlled Was charged anyway and when calling back was told I would be refunded No refund to weeks later and the manager goes back on his word saying it was a billable service Only reason it was billable was because it was on September first The previous service was August 17th and prior to that July 28th Even though three services in 5 weeks because they were all separate months I get charged for all three Do not use this service they will rip you off

over the years Orkin has over charged

Over the years Orkin has overcharged me for services I have paid them to fix Work that they had initially done incorrectly one time they even put a vapor barrier right over top of the previous one which they had laid down originally without removing cleaning the previous one just proceeded to put it right over top of previous stuff Then they wanted to charge me more money to fix the problem that I had just paid to have fixed because it was done wrong I feel they took advantage of me because i lived out of State and the house was a rental I finally got tired of getting taken advantage of and got 2 other companies to give me estimate Both of those estimates were half the Orkin estimate They then sent another estimate with lower prices they are the worst I would have given them a - 5 rating but I couldn t The shame is I had put up with this for over 25 years I finally ended my services only to find out I had double paid this year and was not given a refund until I asked I also was told that I could not get a partial refund for the year s service I had already paid that the service will just end at the end of the year contract They are unable to offer any refund since it expires in April although my service has been cancelled Seems like a new service guy every year and they try to make money on the previous guy s mistake Beware
