A Review of Oro LA Order Reconciled

Decided to order from them to get a pair of Jodhpur s Was going to go Thursday Boots but liked Oro s design more Accidentally used Shop Pay instead of Afterpay Emailed them and contacted them the next day Took a few calls to get through Need to improve on that for sure but a sales rep Jenny contacted me back to let me know the cancellation and refund was processed 2 days later got my whole refund back in my account and reordered the boots correctly this time She even gave me an invoice link to use so I could use the Black Friday Cyber Monday 30 offer Even though it s extended Regardless I thought that was nice Item is on backorder but should restock within a week or so she told me The site does say In stock orders ship out immediately Meaning the item does have to be in stock The reason I believe they don t show out of stock for these items is most likely due to the fact they don t have too many shoes to begin with Anyways do your research and expect to wait for the shoes if they re on backorder Instagram DMing was relatively prompt and knowledgeable as well Overall so long as I get my boots I d give them a good rating and I appreciate Jenny being understanding compassionate and knowledgeable about the product they re selling They are a relatively new company and the startup was founded by a young guy so there is room for improvement but yeah

I have been shopping with ORO for almost 5 years now With my recent experience with them is why I will always be a loyal client of there s Yesterday I had ordered the ciggy hoodie There was a coupon code I applied to take off 25 When I hit process it didn t apply and charged my card for the full amount I noticed the problem and wrote them a email explaining what happens Mind you I ordered it on Easter so I didn t expect a email back that day Fast forward to the next day I had received a email from the support team explaining to me that they couldn t do a refund for that 25 with out me getting the product shipped back to them and full refund They offered me instead a gift card in there store for the difference Which works better in my favor since I want to buy more products anyways There fast response and rectifying the problem is why I always shop with them Will always remain loyal due to how fast they ship out plus how great there customer service team has always been Thank you oro

Absolutely love this company I have my own rep that will text me back and forth on product and it s been super helpful for sizing I ve spent between 2-3k here People s main b tch is not getting something they ordered Don t order something that s out of stock and that won t be an issue Everything I have ordered that was in stock I got within a week I have 2 items I ordered that I knew were on back order and I ll have to wait 8 weeks Who gives a sh The clothes are absolutely stunning and high quality Nothing feels better than knowing you re not only the best dressed but no one is ever going to be wearing your same fit
