Outstanding Customer Service
Just prior to Christmas I sent back a jacket for a larger size not expecting the replacement to arrive before Christmas but it did Whilst waiting I received a fraudulent text purporting to be from Royal Mail seeking personal information from me- I contacted ORORO to check it did not relate to them and they confirmed it did not but the special thing is they emailed me on Christmas morning to check everything had arrived safely- given most companies today don t answer their phone or leave you holding for ages this is outstanding customer service

3 orders later i get to stay warm very satisfied
I initially ordered a jacked that was too small I contacted customer services and they sent me a larger size and tracking number for a return the replacement was incorrectly marked so a secondary replacemnt was sent with the correct size Lots of confusion but customer service worked very hard to mitigate the mix ups and returns very happy

Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch Fast reply and friendly I had to exchange a vest due to ordering a size to large which was my fault Contacted customer service and got a same day reply stating they will email me a return label and once received exchange size will be sent Did as they instructed and got the right size without any issues

I have purchased 4 products over the last year through Ororo husband really feels the cold I did have a problem with one of the garments which was faulty nobody s perfect but the customer service team sorted it out on the same day by sending out a replacement straight away Amazing service and highly recommended

Good Customer Service- Problem Solved
I had difficulty understanding the instructions for powering up the vest Ororo Customer Service responded very quickly and provided detailed understandable instructions Problem solved The vest works great so now my golf season in Minnesota can be extended until all the courses close The customer service agent was courteous and quite helpful Five stars for her
