I had recently ordered some polos from CUTs and the delivery company delivered them to the wrong address and were not able to retrieve it after I filed a complaint CUTs was very responsive about this and immediately issued me a new replacement order The clothing quality is great but so is the service

I had purchased a shirt for my husband but gave him the shirt after the return date only to find there was a defect in the t-shirt Alejandro contacted me I was able to provide a photo of the defect he was able to send a new shirt immediately My husband LOVES his Cuts shirt can t wait to order more Thank you Alejandro

I ordered the wrong size of a shirt by accident and tried to do an online exchange but didn t realize it was past the exchange date I emailed the CUTS customer service team and Sandra from CUTS got back to me right away With Sandra s help I was able to exchange the size no problem I definitely will be going back to get lots of more clothes from CUTS in the future

CUTS clothing is some of the best quality i have ever purchased I love everything I have purchased from the tees joggers hoodies and outerwear It fits me perfectly and stay in great condition wash after wash If I could I would order literally every style and color they offer Irene in customer service also was great to work with I love CUTS
