I signed up last week and I am not impressed with the fact that you can t see who has viewed your profile who you have mutually matched with or send messages unless you have signed up as a paid member One month is 40 which is excessive to say the least Even if you pay up front for 6 months it is still 20 a month Other sites allow you to send 2 messages a day for free or to get in touch with a mutual match for free but not this one Very disappointing

Lots of scammers and no one is checking I have reported 4 people who have the same profile pictures and very similar profiles except they supposedly live in 4 different cities Sophia in Northampton Tara in Scotland Beckie in Newcastle and another Sophia in Colindale I got an acknowledgement for all 4 reported on separate occasions but they are still there

Not Happy With New Format

I was really happy with the original format with the Search Who Has Viewed Me options I was on holiday for a week returned to find those options gone and replaced by a confusing format Certainly not an improvement If this stays in place I will be cancelling my subscription I have found this site with a few suspicions to be fairly genuine as I have met up with a couple of ladies on this site However I recently received a Like from a lady in my home town who despite my three courteous messages has failed to respond That seems a bit suspicious but time will tell

Not a bad idea but around 50 of profiles are clearly fake photos that clearly don t match the written description profiles with no information written even profiles with photos of famous people - easily checked with sn image search platform The site has no real moderation Claims that they take fake profiles seriously are simply untrue If members do the job for them then they MAY act but they clearly perform no simple pro-active reviewing A simple bit of AI to flag up profiles where photos differ wildly from the claimed age or to flag up repeated text strings or profiles with nothing written at all would be easy Or to check IP addresses against claimed national location So not a bad site but like most dating sites poorly run expensive and with little to no REAL interest in stopping fake profiles beyond the usual we take it very seriously stock cut-and-paste answers

This web site is a hidden mature sex seekers site The profiles seem plausible delighting particularly in a vast array of older men seeking out women in their late years with money the pattern of behaviour is first mind games checking you re worth out on the internet and then phrase I m retiring soon or wrapping up business a well used phrase they put likes thru and don t follow up and there s some posing to be not quite what they seem to be it s dodgy I don t doubt that some people may be lucky if they have the patience to suss out what s real some times the profile disappears over night Please becarefull mature ladies lots of romance scams going on and this for sure is full of them

Joined on 28th September 2023 for 6 months membership Had full access for 2 days and was then blocked Contacted customer services with difficulty and was told they had no record of payment being made Eventually paid for 1 months subscription Checking my card account today and discovered they had removed the 19 99 months payment on 2 10 23 Contacted my bank and they are raising a dispute with them for services not received and have refunded my credit card account And blocked the account from further deductions Having read other review I see several have had very disapointing service from them I believe there are faults in the accounting process and in the customer service system I will not be using them againd to this be using them after this month I suggest anyone who has this problem contacts and lets their bank deal with it I am disapointed as I see some have said they have had a good and excellent service I have not

Recent changes makes Ourtime difficult to use Previously being able to see who had viewed your profile was useful Now this feature has disappeared probably to return as yet another paid option I liked Ourtime but hardly look at it now there really isn t much to see Time for me to check out the other companies Shame because I liked the original version In reply to customer services I generally like surprises but not those with no discernible benefits to the subscriber
