BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION RIP OFF

As a dating site pretty much run of the mill However their membership renewal is underhand and not very honest I cancelled my subscription after 3 months and this was confirmed by them To my dismay I realised even though my subscription had been cancelled they had taken two further unauthorised payments I queried this and Ourtime claim I had since used the service How can I use the service if my subscription is cancelled I ask This question they don t answer but to make things worse they inform me they intend to bill me again next month I repeat I have at no point agreed to renew a subscription VERY UNDERHAND UNSCRUPULOUS AND DISHONEST BEWARE BEWARE

Complete rip off As a first time user I was not familiar with swiping conventions so was unwittingly deleting profiles I found interesting only to be told that they cannot be restored - computer says no The website is badly organised and full of features that cost more money The customer service is very poor with no option of speaking to anyone Customers are treated like cattle Ourtime is owned by Match com - they are only interested in your money

Beginning to believe This site is a scam I paid subscription and have numerous likes the messages you send to the other member in my belief are not even going to the member I also got a like and recommendation for my sister in law whom is married and is not even a member but her photo is on there and her name I would like to see your spokesperson defend themselves In the meantime I will not be renewing to this SCAMSITE

After reading these revues

After reading these revues in particular with regard to direct debits i am quite worried i too feel this site is full of fake accounts I have been contacted by quite a few women and responded but then nothing i have asked them to confirm if they are real and still nothing I also notice ourtime doesn t seem to respond to poor reviews only positive ones I am paid up for 3 months so we will see what happens when i cancel If in the meantime i have anything positive to report i will do so on here
