I have worked with Outsec and the indomitable Stephanie Carmichael-Drage for a few years They continue to be outstanding in delivering high quality secretarial transcription support They are extremely supportive flexible courteous and prompt and this allows me deliver healthcare in the UK and overseas I thoroughly recommend them

Outstanding

I have been using Outsec for several years now and I think they offer a wonderful level of service Their turnaround times are fantastic but never at the expense of quality The audio files I upload regularly contain legal jargon and I am consistently impressed with the accuracy of the documents I receive in return Their customer service is outstanding too always quick friendly and responsive to any requests or feedback
