Outsec has proved invaluable to me over

Outsec has proved invaluable to me over the last few years Nothing is too much trouble for them and the personal service they offer is incredible Since I am not technically minded it was necessary for them to guide me through all the steps over the phone and their patience was fantastic I would highly recommend this firm if you need typing support

Great service

I ve been using OutSec as back-up typists for my inventory reports since 2012 They aren t the cheapest service available but I m happy enough that I haven t felt the need to shop around Uploading files to their server is easy My account is assigned to an actual person who is super helpful and responsive And a distinct advantage for my business being in the UK is that files are being typed up while I sleep so the turnaround time is excellent Would confidently recommend

I have been using Outsec for transcription services for almost 14 years primarily for medico-legal reports but also whenever I need to generate text quickly In every instance Outsec has provided outstanding service The turnaround time is fast and the transcription accuracy is impeccable The cost is reasonable billing is straightforward and payment is easy On the rare occasions when an issue has arisen the response from Outsec s team has been prompt and professional Their staff are friendly highly capable and genuinely helpful Over the years Outsec has become an indispensable part of my practice and I have no reservations in highly recommending their services
