My house burned to the ground on April 3 so I ve bought a disproportionately high number of things from Overstock com My purchases and their customer support has been totally positive I m a very thorough shopper and their prices are also nearly always the lowest available Shipments have been prompt and nothing has been broken I highly recommend them I ve bought furniture lighting decorative items a wonderful suitcase with real metal locks and decorative items The surprises with these items were all positive They have many hand carved hardwood furniture items Most require some assembly but it s simple to do and they are very sturdy I can t understand why there are so many negative reviews I assume happy people don t bother

I made the mistake of assembling a chair the wrong way It took me about a few months to figure it out Even so when I contacted customer service they were helpful in sending a replacement leg for the chair

I ordered a comforter for a new trundle bed for our great granddaughters It arrived in a timely manner and was just as described The little girls will just love the animals on the quilt Love the comforter

Pleasantly surprised

Found a specific exercise bike on Overstock that I couldn t get anywhere else Never heard of Overstock before so came on here and saw all the bad reviews Almost changed my mind but decided to pay with PayPal so that I could get my money back if there was a problem To my surprise I ve had a faultless experience Tracked all the way from USA to UK and delivered in exactly two weeks Even had a text on the day to tell me that fedex would be delivering that day Had to pay a hefty delivery charge but it still ended up saving me 150 on the total price I would have paid from a UK site Maybe I just got lucky but I felt as though I had to come back on here and leave a positive review Obviously a lot of people have had issues with Overstock but my experience was great

I have always had very good service from overstock I ve had damage from shipping and never had a problem getting a refund Customer service was always polite and helpful I have ordered rugs console and chest of drawers

I ve already bought many stuff from overstock and everytime it is delivered on time their products are perfect and from a good quality their prices are not that high and their customer service is really helpfull Many companies can learn something from overstock com

User-Friendly Website accurate arrival date

The title says it all The website is user friendly and my package arrived just as the website said it would I ve read the reviews about customer service and it seems like it is bad HOWEVER it is not very likely that you will need to use customer service
