I had to place the order 2 times

I had to place the order 2 times The first time I was sent 5 of the same color I was promised an email to confirm the credit I never received it There were no guidelines on how to order again I had to spend lots of my time trying to figure out what to do and to find my refund credit When I finally contacted someone they could not find a supervisor to issue the code for me to check out When the code was given no one contacted me I found an email by chance The company offers very poor customer service

espresso brown color

I got the espresso brown color I applied it per directions and it looked brown until my hair dried to a bluish gray color I didn t shampoo my hair for a couple days hoping to not wash out the color but then the color changed to purple and now it s a light pink within two weeks of coloring

Have dark brown hair did nothing but condition my hair tried 3 different colors STILL NOTHING

Literally did nothing

I m giving this product 2 stars simply because I ve used Overtone before and know that MOST of their products work But this product itself is useless I had great luck using their blue for brown hair and purple for brown hair coloring conditioners so I thought I d give orange for brown hair a try I obviously knew I wasn t going to have bright orange hair afterwards but my goal was just to give some warmth to my existing medium brown hair I covered my hair in this let it sit for about 40 minutes washed it out Annnnnd literally nothing changed Not even a hint of warmth Super disappointing especially after having such great experiences with their other products in the past

Surprise packaging fee for what

I didn t like the surprise extra packaging fee at the last minute I didn t notice anything special about the packaging I ordered a variety of different samples and tried applying dry or wet but the products don t color my hair at all not the blonde brown or grey it s just expensive conditioner

No Change On Medium Blonde Hair

It did NOT show or change my tone at all My hair is a medium blonde and noone said I had to bleach my hair first Do I Should I try the brown hair type thats stronger If so exchange it with mine please

None of the colors took with the

None of the colors took with the intensity of the color expected So far I have tested 3 of the 5 colors The conditioner alone works great The gloves are a mess the come off easily and do not help with the precision the color needs to be applied When rinsing the directions should specify that gloves need to stay on because the colors damage the nail polish of a manicure

Not the same as before

Every time i order the pastel purple conditioner it s a different color Literally NEVER the same This past time it was SO dark I hated it so much I m so frustrated

The color was surprisingly vibrant on my level 5 brown hair however I didn t find it to be very conditioning at all and it washed out in just 2 washes so it was less than I expected for the price point I also wish there was a larger size available for people with more hair I found myself scraping the container to cover my whole head

Usually a big fan of Overtone and have had good experiences with their products aside from the lids being crazy difficult to remove sometimes Tried this coloring kit on light blonde hair Ended up looking strawberry blonde at best not at all like what the sample pictures showed even after a second dye application Extremely disappointed
