Absolute scam Stay clear of these jokers I placed an order On Oct 27th for a glucometer and strips and today is Nov 14 with no communication whatsover You can never reach them over the phone and they do not bother to reply to their emails Terrible customer service

If I could give them 0 I would Placed order for glucose meter and strips on 11 14 supposedly shipped 11 15 I ve tried daily pulling up tracking info and shows it was never shipped I ve reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times by email no response Have tried calling MULTIPLE times phone is either busy or I sit on hold and then it disconnects Last email sent was telling them if I did not hear back I would reach out to my credit card company as well as the BBB Over this crap

STAY AWAY from these scammers Sent a pulse ox that was scratched and did not work properly AT all We had to buy a Walgreens finger pulse ox that worked We even took ours with both at once We put both on at the same time This went from bad to worse It often doesnt even GIVE ANY number They CLAIM it is FDA approved but do not require a prescription for it though that is printed on it They failed to return calls that I have a record of to stretch a claim out I finally emailed and they claimed it was a couple days too late They must not give into their 30 day return policy to insure the quality of their products I will NEVER buy from a company based on reviews or at the least look at trust pilot I learned of this site from a friend when I told her what happened Oxyline is NOT honest and seems to be a scam So I got a product that appeared to be decent but never worked They claim to have lifetime warrantees on all products but that still has not been addressed I may have to change the credit card too because of them When I emailed several times with them not answering my questions they finally started sending auto responses Then I said I see their game with auto responses Ignore the customer and they will go away over 100 poorer Then I got a response from the supposed real person telling me to send pictures of the issue You need pictures to prove it does not work Take the stupid thing back and check for your self I have pics but am done with the game I called the cc co and put a claim against them This has been ongoing since phone ordered Nov 8th but I placed today s date because now I am fed up with them DIGUSTING taking people who are sick to the cleaners SHAME on them STAY AWAY

I ve received 2 blood pressure machines from Oxiline and neither of them worked When I complained about the first one they wanted me to make a video of the machine not working even after I put new batteries in it I said I wanted a replacement They sent me another machine which also did not work They then wanted me to return it to them at my expense I refused to pay for return shipping and contacted my credit card company As of now I ve had no response from oxiline This company sends out bad equipment and wants the return cost paid by the buyer It s a scam AVOID

I had heard their oximeter is among the best But I can t speak to that BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT Whenever I called them they apologized for any delays but assured me they delivered it on time to the carrier putting all the blame on them but never on themselves After a few weeks they said they d ship me another oximeter Either way they always said I d be getting it in a few days Today I had enough and told them to refund me

I have called to return a tens pro and they fail to give me info about where to return the product

I purchased an oxiline scale I am a senior woman on a limited budget I decided to return the scale after trouble shooting set up and syncing I could not get it to sync with my fitday app Once I got it to weigh the correct weight it was not showing the body calculations I was not aware that they don t pay for the return shipping I have never dealt with a company that does not stand behind their product and if a customer is not happy they don t offer free return It will cost me 1 4 of the cost of the scale to return it What a scam I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them

Please read all the reviews before purchasing from this company The customer service and shipping is beyond awful I ve been waiting weeks for my order I was sent tracking information for an order that wasn t even going to my address Customer service did absolutely nothing My order has been sitting in FL for 2 weeks with no progress This company is a total scam

We got the glucose monitor It read over 110 fasting every time for both my husband and me and as high as 133 we ve never been diagnosed as diabetic We both went to our doctors got fasting blood work I was 80 my husband was 101 A1c for my husband showed an average of 100 fasting Oxiline replaced unit we both checked our blood sugar fasting again it is high I used a control solution 1 it read 257 and 241 when it should ve been in the range of 81 to 121 Oxiline won t give me my money back nor replace it unless we go to the doctor AGAIN to get them to give us a glucose test NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
