Ordered the oximeter Pro Pulse 7 My credit card was charged same day One day later received shipping notice using USPS USPS tracking shows a shipping label was created but 6 days later the post office has still not received the product shipment Several calls to customer service resulted in empty promises Disputed the charge with my credit card company Have seen many 1 star ratings many having encountered the same problem Update- finally got the product after disputing the charge with my credit card company

This company is a scam

This company is a scam Don t buy anything there I ordered a Tens Unit that never arrived instead I got a couple of obviously faked shipping emails When I cancelled the order I got told that that s not possible because it s been already shipped - and they sent me another fake shipping email I should have done proper research when I googled Oxiline and scam I found a Better Business Bureau webpage with hundreds of complaints concerning this company I have lost 120 and learned my lesson

This company is a scam I purchased a blood pressure machine from them almost a year they stated when I brought the Oxiline bp machine model Dbp-1314 it was a lifetime warranty I m on several blood pressure medicines and I have to take my pressure every day before taking my meds I called this company I was advised to send a video of the problem which I did I called back and I was told now I have to send the machine back than they and once they receive it then they will send a new machine Please don t do business with this company they are horrible

Poor communication

The order was supposed to ship within 2-3 days I never received an email confirmation 12 days after I placed the order I called customer service and was told that the product was on back order I asked why I was not notified and was told that most clients were I was also told that the product will be available later this week and will be shipped then which means about 16 days later than I was promised Not a way to establish good relationship with new customer I will have to look elsewhere
