When I received my Samsung Galexy S21 the backing wasn t glued back down properly But that stuff happens When I contacted Support they were really fast and had a few options for resolutions I was really quite impressed by their support and in the end it was good value Would buy from them again

I am very happy with my purchase I chose the Samsung S23 FE in exceptional condition I was a little wary after reading other reviews as to the weight of the phone and the charging time however I have not had a problem with it The only issue was when I tried to set it up and it wouldn t recognise the internet The Telsta technician worked it out He had to re program the phone to Australian standards as it was synched to the UK which was obviously the country of origin

I ordered a phone online which arrived promptly It was in excellent condition as it stated It is the second phone I have ordered from Ozmobiles Very happy to use them again It came with a newer cable I had no use for Chris from Ozmobiles contacted me and asked how my experience could have been improved I replied that the older cable would have been more useful for my existing ports Without quibbling and no pressure I have just picked up from the Post Office a cable I can use That folks is real customer service no fussing with send back the other cable and we will send you one that suits They just sent the cable I needed

The process was smooth and easy Bought an iPhone 15 pro max in the excellent category and I was impressed by the quality of the product the battery health was 100 and looked pretty much brand new First time buying a refurbished phone and I gotta say what a steal Would do again moving forward

OzMobiles were very good The shipping was quick and the item itself was well-packaged Phone came in an Apple box as described Very little superficial damage considering the phone was marketed as very good It functions good and has better battery health percentage than my previous phone this phone has a battery health of 94 whereas my old one was on 82
