Beware of Euro Pak Cargo Ltd A Cautionary Tale of Incompetence and Predatory Practices

I regret to inform utterly dismal experience I had with Euro Pak Cargo Ltd Their incompetence and lack of accountability have resulted in the loss of several valuable items and a gross breach of trust Despite my diligent packaging efforts including bubble-wrapping all my laptops and securely boxing the parcel Euro Pak Cargo Ltd failed to ensure the safety and integrity of my shipment Upon delivery it was immediately apparent that the box had been tampered with and to my shock one of the laptops had been replaced with an old HP laptop that I never sent Their feeble attempt to shift blame onto customs officers for the tampering is unacceptable It is Euro Pak Cargo s responsibility to oversee the handling of shipments and ensure that items are returned to their rightful place after inspection Their negligence in this matter is glaring and inexcusable Adding insult to injury Euro Pak Cargo Ltd had the audacity to impose additional charges for customs duties without prior notice amounting to 40 per laptop on top of the 25 transportation fee per laptop This predatory pricing coupled with their abysmal handling of the shipment is nothing short of a scam To add further the incompetence displayed by Euro Pak Cargo Ltd resulted in the damage of more laptops during transit after customs inspection Their refusal to acknowledge their liability in this matter only serves to highlight their utter disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability I implore anyone considering using Euro Pak Cargo Ltd to think twice and consider alternative options The risk of loss damage and the sheer lack of integrity displayed by this company is simply not worth it Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss by steering clear of Euro Pak Cargo Ltd Sincerely Adnan Laique

Very poor service they said cargo will there in pakistan in 6 to 8 weeks its been more thn 12 weeks now and still its not thr made a big mistake using them before checking review horrible service ever received

I sent cargo to Pakistan weight 58kg when they received it was 39 kg was sent in May 2024 some stuff a couple of months ago and received in Pakistan yesterday All bags opened and people went through our clothes and stuff Just a few chocolates and three four shampoos and other items of very personal hygiene items that should have never been opened Some electric items removed from the electric box Just to add here nothing of commercial number All personal stuff that we were going to use during three months holiday I would say don t waste your money as they are not the same as they used to be a year ago They all blame this on thing in Pakistan Not worth it as we lost around a thousand pounds worth of stuff I have used other services before this had never happened before This was a recommended by someone saying they are good They are the unreasonable They should have never taken any stuff out of the bags When they received it should weight the same The cargo was sent in May it took 12 -13 weeks

Recent Bad Experience with Pak Direct

Recent Bad Experience with Pak Direct Cargo Just lost a couple of thousands pounds worth of clothes and shoes all water damaged and one third missing Electric box still missing and the staff have no idea where that is so most probably lost They should at least pay the delivery charges back as they failed to deliver good safely as they promised Please use their services if you got extra money to throw away
