More than happy but

More than happy with composite door window french doors and 6 interior upvc doors All looked lovely until the fitter started putting the handles on the interior doors I asked when i ordered the doors if i had a choice of handles but was told they come supplied The handles that were used were awful Looked cheap and nasty and totally spoiled the look of lovely doors The lock on the bathroom door is a 4in bolt which would nt look out of place on a garden shed

Could do better but not bad overall

Poor planning ie estimated install time 4 Days actual 6 days with a very annoying 1 week break between day 5 6 Quality is adequate but not of a high standard by any means However I think quality level is reflected in the price Had it not been for the week without labour prior to completion it would have been a pleasant experience

The estimator is reliable and helpful

The estimator is reliable and helpful the fitters are excellent unfortunately its the in between that lets it down The door I ordered was incorrect on delivery I had to wait several weeks for a replacement I was pleased with the door when it was finally fitted and planned to have the other two replaced The estimator arrived took measurements and said the office would be in touch but if they didn t contact me I should give them a ring Up to now no contact and no price and I will not be contacting them I ve done my part

Once i eventually got my door fitted it

Once i eventually got my door fitted it is a good quality product however the process wasn t the best experience communication is very poor Had my fitting date cancelled a couple of times and once no one turned up without being informed that they could no longer attend Happy with the door now it s finally been installed

Turned up on time

I have waited 10 weeks just for an estimate Very disappointed so had to give up on them Cannot comment on the quality of their work because I did not even get to first base

Turned up on time did the job and took away the rubbish

Great service and helpful staff

Great company who gave great service from measuring to installation They turned up on time to measure and were very helpful and polite The windows were installed in awful weather by Gordon who was fantastic The only small complaint I have is that there is a small scratch on the back door which after ringing several times in the last 4 weeks has still not been fixed Otherwise I would highly recommend

4 windows

P P did a great job of 4 windows for me all old waste removed and taken away Really happy with the new windows Will definitely be using again

Had a new door fitted very happy until

Had a new door fitted very happy until my daughter in law said are they coming back to change the letterbox to which i reply why would they its new she said take another look and yes they put a gold letter box with silver handles i rang the company and it was changed at my convenience

A nice and easy process to follow for ordering payment and delivery An extremely professional fitter who took time to get the job done well No problems to report at all A professional company that I am happy to recommend for new doors and window repairs
