POOR SERVICE

Very disappointed with the service received Ordered an internal door back in September waited weeks for an update but still didn t get one so I called them and they said they would come and fit it and no one turned up Then when they did turn up they fitted a faulty door Again I had to chase them up on numerous occasions for an update Every time I called no one seems to know what was going on I never even got an apology Customer service was shocking The joiners were actually very lovely and pleasant But it does not make up for the fact it s took 6 month for 1 door
