Booked a Proton Exora for 18 days Car provided was terrible dented from nose to tail 4 wheels 3 brands of tyres imbalance shaking steering wheel Brake pads 1 mm Windscreen wipers totally worn off When I complained I had to bring the car to a workshop myself no road assistance outside of Kuala Lumpur Had to advance the repairs as Paradise could or would not pay the workshop Even after the repairs car felt unsafe Left it in Ipoh for 14 days Used a car provided by my hotel as they were ashamed about the way Paradise Rental Cars treated us Customer service Zero Conclusion Paradise is Hell take your business to a decent company

Rented a car for a day The car was in poor condition The engine sounds rough signs of damage all around the car The sun shade flap fallen out when used Luckily I didn t rent this car for 2 weeks to drive up to Penang which was my original plan Otherwise I ll have no confident to drive this car to Penang This is so far the worst car renting I ever had I feed this back to the customer service about my feeling They argued that as long the car is working there is no reason to replace it If there is any breakdowns just contact their customer service and they will rectify it for you Ok if anyone don t mind to risk their holiday too be ruined by a breakdown and water your time waiting under the hot sun you can go ahead and rent with this company Good luck I will not rent with this company anymore Having said that KLIA staffs are very friendly and provide good service It s a shame that their car maintenance replacement protocol is not up to scratch

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH PARADISE RENT-A-CAR They take your security deposit and do not return it We waited the 30 working days and the money was not returned We then messaged and called them for days but they still did not return the money and ended up blocking our calls We ended up having to go down to their office and spend over an hour arguing with them to get our money back There are many reviews online saying the same thing Please learn from our mistake and do not book with them

I rented a car via Discover cars in Malaysia Their local partner Paradise has not refunded my deposit yet after 6 weeks Discover cars has failed to respond refund or assist in any way The customer services team came back with an automated reply and said because the message was after 28 days they cannot process a compliant This is stupid as they need to wait 30 days before they can refund me anyway They just read off a script or ignore you AVOID AT ALL COST they will take your deposit

They do not refund the security deposit and do not take your calls Avoid using Cars are also shabby

CRIMINALS This company STEALS your 300 deposit 20 emails and messages and not 1 reply AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Do not rent a car here Car was in bad condition and company does not return the deposit of 300 MYR Update after contact with WhatsApp the money is returned
