This is the worst app ever
This is the worst app ever It continues to glitch or completly just blacks out There are so many bad reviews about the app and yet the company fails to admit how bad it is and address doing anything Just cancelled it Complete thrash and should be investigated by consumer affairs deparment

Love the content but App is unusable
Love the content but my app only loads about 20 of the time and when I m lucky enough for it to load receive code 6000 over and over Uninstalled reinstalled stopped cleared cache restarted never helps Cancelling my subscription to Paramount and Showtime until they fix the issues

A Waste of Money Even Free
The user interface on this is terrible Watching a series every third episode or so is skipped due to their AGGRESSIVE ad campaigning And in trying to go back literally selecting the episode desired it just pops you right back to the episode it put you on or even moving you ahead ANOTHER episode AFTER playing all the ads you just watched on it The only workaround we found is to completely close out the app and reopen it If this wasn t a freebie with Walmart we would be cancelling this in a heartbeat regardless of the shows

Hard to focus on one issue This is about the FireStick app As background I spent over 50 years in IT software development 1 So slow compared to other Apps 2 Buffering seems terrible I know it takes time to dowload video and occassionally apps need to pause to catch up Every 4 to 5 seconds No 3 Hard to evaluate other features as why try So long just to get in and watch what you need to 4 I now use my phone and cast to the Firestick mirroring Works fine

If you reply to this companies Get real and pay my refund
If you reply to this companies advertising be careful to subscribe I signed up and paid but managed to use a password manager from my tablet which is not on my tv and I can not sign in When I request a link to reset password I get a blank email as reply Their support seem to be automatic and don t know how to explain the procedure so I wanted to cancel and they did in 12 mths time so no refund

Too much buffering
After watching a free month of Paramount on Amazon Prime I was reasonably impressed I then got a half price annual offer However this requires watching it on the Paramount plus app rather than Amazon Prime or Apple The trouble is it seems to constantly buffer especially at weekends I checked my bandwidth and it s good at 300mb s It also takes ages to initially load up So it is the Paramount servers at fault The content is ok and buffering during things like Frasier is ok but during a movie it is really irritating

Deceptive con artists
I signed up and have been unable to watch anything ever Tried to cancel on uk 14 day cooling off and you have to do it in account settings But there is no such page They are con artists very deceptive breaking all uk consumer laws I have toget my credit card company to take back my subsciption under section 75 of consumer credit law I advise anyone who has trouble and you all seem to to do the same And that good review at the top of first page is a fake
