Bad customer service

Nowhere to be seen but found in almost every la prerie product is the fact that you will find lots and lots of highlighted blue glitters when applied to skin Asked la prarie to try and resolve they forwarded me to parfumswinkel and were unhelpful stating that the product could be seen online They also promised to send packs of Platinum rare samples but sent instead more products with glitter when I requested to get samples they completely disregarded my wish and just said its what you ordered Anyway - if youre a man - go for only the blue skin caviar products unless you want to look like a unicorn of course My disappointment was mostly with the lack of information customer service from parfumswinkel rather than the products themselves Update I didnt have much to add and the thumbs up was sarcastic I also believe that we have both left enough info for people to judge for themselves
