NOT WORKING less than 1 month
I purchased 2 home units and BOTH stopped working in less than 1 month This company tries to blame the customer for not programming the units correctly or having a 5G Wi-Fi signal As stated they WERE working at one time so they were programmed correctly I have spent well over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS on samples units and cartridges and all I have to show for it are 2 black boxes with colored lights One would think this company which is a USA BASED company would want satisfied customers Apparently that s MY BAD for thinking that I have texted all of my friends who were going to purchase these units since they were great WHEN THEY WORKED to tell them not to buy and shared my experience I should have gotten something less expensive from China then if the units stopped working I would remember you get what you pay for

BEWARE
Try to cancel your account and they just keep send you packages and billing your credit card You can send 100 email and call 100 times and they are always in a meeting and will get back to you Complete Scumbags

Overpriced waste of money rip off
I have tried everything plug ins Air Wick Glade etc etc just couldn t get that fresh scent flowing through the house Bit the bullet bough a diffuser and two refills over 300 00 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY the product is rubbish no smells of a walk in the forest in my house or a sea breeze Will be requesting a full refund

Scent air have been challenging to deal with We ordered our fall scent Sept 4 we were sent the wrong one and still havent recived the correct scent we actually ordered its now Oct 21 When we call in no one knows where the correct shipment is or even if its been sent The rep wont return my calls or answer my emails They really need to make an effort to do better

Scentair gave codes for 15-25 that do not work After emailing them several times Scentair never responded Then they took away bundles so there is no discount for buying in bulk They don t even run a Black Friday sale I really wanted a unit and the seaside driftwood This website is a great disappointment

Frustrating Experience - Avoid ScentAir
I have had a terrible experience with ScentAir Despite multiple attempts to cancel my 200 month subscription they continue to charge my credit card every month They also send far more air freshener cartridges than I could possibly use for my business and to make matters worse their cartridges require the proprietary ScentAir Whisper MAX Diffuser to work After months of frustration they finally agreed to cancel my subscription but only after I returned the diffuser Now I m left with a pile of useless air freshener cartridges and no diffuser Even after sending the diffuser back they still charged my credit card and auto-renewed a subscription I no longer wanted Ultimately I had to contact my credit card company to file a chargeback and block further payments Once ScentAir gets your credit card info it feels impossible to escape their subscription trap Their products are overpriced their subscription model is predatory and their customer service is unhelpful I strongly advise against doing business with ScentAir

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I pay a monthly fee my device is not working I contacted technical support but the representative was very rude and disrespectful He could not help me with my issue and said someone would contact me I asked him when he just said again in a rude way that someone will contact me I complained about him only after almost a week someone called me and said they were sorry and someone would contact me It has been nearly a month since my first attempt and I still have no working device I will cancel my membership I hope they will not continue charging my credit card like other reviews have written

Whelp ScentAir clearly did me a favor by responding in a non-timely fashion Here s my last message I sent to ScentAir afterwards I read LOTS of negative consumer reviews Good morning SentAir team I would like to quickly order SDC 4004-1562 the ScentAir Direct Tower starter kit scent white tea thyme the EXACT product The Margo Atlanta GA 30328 displays There isn t a customer service contact number listed The alternative for ordering assistance turn around time is very long Is there a live representative that can place orders I attempted to place an order via my cellular phone and desktop but to no avail The website ordering process is non-consumer friendly very confusing I tried inputting the order number I received via Tha Margo but the site didn t recognize said number I also typed the type of scent but to no avail A live person is definitely needed for new patrons I attempted to place an order on different platforms and devices quite a few times and have no idea how I ended up on the Hotel Collection site which happens to be less confusing Their product looks exactly like the direct tower lo and behold this is a different company NOT ScentAir In comparison Hotel Collection customer service response time is MUCH better than ScentAir
