My experience with volo park and parking my car is really bad Overprice and very very unpuntual I booked my car at 18 00 just landed i phoned to reconfirm but my car was delivered at 18 40 because it was raining The car deposit was just at 1 km from the airport Very rude staff and aptitude They even left the car unlocked son water get into the car so easily Never again

Dear Customer Service Unfortunately the reservation did not work at all Despite carefully reading the on-site instructions upon arriving at the parking lot I could only enter as if there was no prior reservation As a result I had to pay for the parking again on-site and I am attaching the receipt here Since it should be visible in your system that the car with license plate MS16NLT paid twice on July 20th I kindly request a refund for the reservation fee I hope this can be resolved Thank you in advance for your feedback Best regards No mi Adorj ni

I left my car at the parking facility Azzurro Parking during my last business trip The car is geolocated and during my stay I received alerts indicating that the vehicle was in motion The car left the facility and traveled on public roads for several kilometers While moving vehicles within a parking facility may be standard practice I find it highly unprofessional for the car to be driven on public roads exposing it to risks of accidents damage or fines especially without prior notice or authorization For people like me who take great care of their cars not having the assurance of leaving it with trustworthy professionals has made me lose confidence in this parking service Next time I will choose a facility that guarantees the car will remain exactly where I leave it

The service has been really disappointing they told us that the shuttle is every 5-10 minutes but even after we called more than once they made us wait getting cold for half an hour

My experience with ParkingMyCar was absolutely awful I contacted their service spoke to a staff member who sent me a link with pre-set details times and my specific request for a motorcycle parking spot close to the terminal What I didn t know is that they re just a search engine not an actual operator Their communication is misleading making it seem like they re providing direct services when they re just a poorly functioning aggregator The result I was automatically assigned to EasyParking which confirmed that ParkingMyCar s operator had made a complete mess I paid 30 for 24 hours of parking and the spot was far from the terminal The entire process was extremely confusing they sent me to an incorrect address that led me out of the airport After trying a second address from another email sent by ParkingMyCar I discovered that garage was for cars only not motorcycles Finally when I reached the motorcycle garage I was told the operator had assigned me to a different location altogether This was a complete waste of time money and patience Avoid ParkingMyCar at all costs and steer clear of search engine aggregator services like this Always book directly with the companies that actually provide the service Conclusion Misleading confusing and terrible service Never again
