The parking is close to the Airport the shuttle are on time and confortable

Excellent support from people working in this company you have to calculate half an hour from the moment you enter in the parking and the moment you are arriving at airport

Easy reservation but no option to do it in English - it was necessary to use offline translation Prices are low in comparisson to other options

In my opinion better panels and signals are needed to join easily the parking site

It was all good a part the delay of 25 minutes of waiting the driver at return in the Airport The car was with powder inside strange and outside

When we went to the address provided there was nothing there We finally found a sign for Liberty Parking but we re told that the parking was closed until May and we re not allowed to park there I tried calling the number provided but no one answered and we had to catch our ferry so we ended up having to park somewhere else and pay even more money I also tried sending an email to the address provided to explain the issue and try to get a refund but have not received a response yet All in all this feels like a scam UPDATE shortly after posting this review I received a WhatsApp about the parking issue I have to say they refunded the money and offered me a discount for the next time I need to park which unfortunately will not be any time soon since we live in Berlin but hey it s the thought that counts so although the experience started out very bad it didn t turn out to be a scam
