Avoid This Patent Company
Avoid This Patent CompanyI regret ever dealing with Patent Protect I am owed a refund of after paying for a service that was not delivered as agreed Despite their failure to provide the promised service the company has agreed a refund but refused to refund me promptly After multiple attempts to resolve the issue including a formal Letter Before Claim sent on 26th November 2024 the company continues to ignore my emails and refuses to process the refund They even tried to coerce me into signing a non-disparagement agreement before releasing the money I am legally entitled to a completely unreasonable and unethical demand Their conduct has been unprofessional dismissive and in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that refunds must be processed without undue delay Based on my experience this company cannot be trusted to act fairly or uphold basic standards of professionalism Save yourself the stress and avoid them

Do not use this company at all cost
Do not use this company avoid at all cost Peter refused to answer questions by email stating he hadn t received them yet replying to the same email asking me to send my idea then did not reply to my text with the question instead phoning and asking to answer on the phone tried to pressure me into giving my idea without the NDA being signed even claiming a email was enough protection Refused to give straight forward answers to simple questions was combative when asked simple things when asked about testimonials said I could talk to previous customers but he didn t like to do that basically trying to talk me out of it When asked simple questions on the NDA about what jurisdiction it was under which means if it went to court which court system would it be in e g uk as with out this it could mean you would have to hold proceedings in another country a clever way to make it hard to sue when questioned about the ambiguity in the contract which dosent clearly state HIS company can t steal the idea he just gave me a load of jargon about how his company was reputable and was going for 39 years and that a email should be enough He tried to use a perspective of authority to make me look like I was stupid and he knows best much more I could add but hopefully this is enough to stop anyone disclosing with this man and his company I fortunately had done a lot of research in the patent process so understood that the things I was asking weren t at all complicated and should be easy to answer for any professional company
