Today is July 16 2021 Yesterday at 6pm eastern time I was on a zoom call with Rachael from pathrise and she was telling us about the benefits of Pathrise and how it can help us now and in the future I think she did a wonderful job delivering the information and I will definitely get into this program with Pathrise as long as I m qualified Great job Rachael

I joined Pathrise in 2020 and the whole team of Product Design at Pathrise including my mentor helped me to nail the interviews Within 4 to 6 months I had multiple offers and I was able to select the best from them I also learned so many interview tactics interview strategies design challenges approach from Pathrise which I never get knowledge from Bootcamp I am so grateful to join Pathrise and looking forward to joining it again in the future for better career growth

My two-week trial was incredibly helpful and insightful I wasn t expecting this level of care to be honest It just felt like everyone I spoke with genuinely wanted to help me For the first time in a long time I didn t feel invisible with regards to the job search

After spending years working in an industry I felt unfulfilled in I decided that I would bet on and invest in myself and get the pros involved to help me pivot into the field of my dreams I ve learned so much in such a short amount of time and am excited to see what comes of it Give it a try

Pathrise will give you valuable career skills

Pathrise taught me the principles of finding a new career I came straight out of academia with no experience but they taught me many useful strategies for getting more interviews succeeding in those interviews and improving my network With those skills I was able to land a job in a few months after joining You will need to put in a lot of effort to make changes to your job application strategy but Pathrise is there to help you do that I found weekly check-in sessions with mentors to be the most helpful component of this program

It s hard to pin down one thing but I ll start with what came first The advice on online applications is incredible and may be needed everywhere I noticed a dramatic improvement from no responses not even rejections before Pathrise to getting a responses on about half of applications and months-long stretches of new requests for interviews every week The weekly meetings were great setups for staying on top of what can be a crazy process overall and kudos to the Pathrise team -- and Connor Bradley in particular -- for never losing hope even for that one stretch in October where I was pretty discouraged Connor was amazing

Pathrise solves a very real problem new developers and professionals in general face when trying to enter the job market for the first time which is not really knowing what s going on The feedback recruiters give from mock behavioral and technical interviews go a long way to improve confidence when job searching It also offers insight into what direction and steps to take things to work on etc Metrics let us know if we re improving or not and by how much

Like most things in life you get out of it what you put in to it If you are committed and ready to do the work the people at Pathrise will bend over backwards for you I started with the sole purpose of improving my interviewing skills and with the guidance and support of the mentors I absolutely achieved that goal
