Hi Unfortunately my order was incorrect The image displayed for the shoes tommy hilfiger city lightweight where black online and the shoes i received where Navy As I live in Donegal the option to return incurs a cost when it wasn t my fault

Absolutely great value on clothes and footwear Visited the shop and bought online Latest buy was a pair of TH shoes value not to be beaten The staff team could not do enough for me Would sincerely and highly recommend Patrick Bourke Menswear Top drawer customer service

I ordered 2 Tommy Hilfiger polo shirts from their online store Both were available on their online store A few days later I was informed that one of my polo shirts was unavailable and got a full refund Today I received my other polo shirt and it s the wrong one that I ordered My order had a navy collar and the one I liked What was delivered was a pink collar Not sure what to do now as they don t pay postage for returns which it clearly states on their website Disappointed with my first experience with Patrick Bourkes shop

The hoodie bought had no string never seen that before

I emailed to say I made a mistake ordering an item I thought it was delivered when in fact I had to call to store It was my mistake But I emailed your address to ask could they be delivered or could I get a refund and I got no reply

Review bloody nuisance states Patrick Bourke I recently bought two pairs of sixth sense jeans as gifts buying online and receiving via DPD courier One pair of wrong jeans came I contacted the store and spoke to a really nice lady called Anna whom said she would call me back if the had the right jeans in stock Later that evening I got a rude email from Stephen stating they would need jeans back before I got my correct jeans I had purcahsed and bought I explained I was disappointed as these were a present and I needed them asap Having received no email back in 2 days I called and asked to speak to Stephen leaving my details Again no call back nor contact I telephoned the next day to speak to the owner Patrick to see if I could get this sorted Spoke with Patrick whom in a raised voice called me a bloody nuisance I m getting off this phone to deal with customers that are actually in my store apparently online shopping does not make you a customer before hanging up the phone You can imagine how unprofessional and scared I was a business man using such tone and manners towards a customer Again I had to make contact as nobody got back to me thankfully Anna contacted me and sorted out my order in a professional manner unlike the male staff whom represented Patrick Bourke Menswear I never write bad comments or reviews but I just think this was outrageous behaviour Buy Irish they say yet this is how the treat customers I m just disappointed and wouldn t like anyone to have to go through the torture I did Yes the wrong jeans were posted Human error But speaking to people like that is just not okay

Prices were great Shopped online Product came Jacket with a defective collar Prices are good But feels like products are all 2nd class or 2nd quality
