Great solicitor great company

My mother and I met a wonderful friendly and professional solicitor Elizabeth Southend on sea It was a long awaited task as a family to have a will in place The experience was made with ease and a friendly approach Many thanks Dominic and Audrey buckley

Paul Robinson s were great

Paul Robinson s have quite possibly been one of the most efficient and professional companies that we have ever come across and at a very competitive rate We cannot recommend Andrew Rhys and the team enough no matter how many questions we had they would respond with full explanations usually within about 10 minutes showing a clear understanding and knowledge of the process They honestly made us feel like we were their only clients making the whole process of buying a house as stress free as possible Not once did we have to chase anything they were always one step ahead of us and probably the rest of the chain too You will not find a better solicitors

I was highly recommended to go to DVK Debbie

I was highly recommended DVK Debbie Valentine Knight at Paul Robinson Couldn t fault her her team s aid during the conveyancing period There as you can imagine were difficulties and stress caused by deadlines lack of basic language made worse by the unprofessional actions of other estate agents solicitors in the chain causing me to go homeless to make it actually work HOWEVER Debbie was A-MA-ZING I am so glad to have found these guys Thank you Debbie Phoebe you made what was a stressful unnecessarily stressful house move which caused me to go homeless to make it happen the BEST it could be given the pathetic actions of some of the other estate agents solicitors parties in the chain at a time we were all trying to meet deadlines

Excellent service for my house purchase

I used Paul Robinson for my house purchase as by brother had previously used them The whole process of buying the house was made simple and efficient by Sophie G and Hayley N There was great communication throughout the whole purchasing timeline and it was much easier than I anticipated but that s only because of all the work they put in for me Any time I had a question they were quick to respond either by email or by phone Thank you so much for my new home

Made buying a house as stress free as possible

Anna took care of everything at every stage of buying our house We were told so many horror stories about buying a house but we didn t experience any of it thanks to Anna

First class experience

For the first time ever we didn t have to make a single call to chase up our solicitor Amy kept on top of everything and kept us in the loop every step of the way Pressure was being applied within our chain but she just dealt with everything in a very professional way Would definitely use PR again

First Time Buyers - Highly Recommend Paul Robinsons

Being first time home buyers can be really daunting no matter how much you research the typical home buying process but Amy T was so helpful and friendly I bombarded her with question after question and nothing was an issue She explained things so clearly and was so patient if I didn t understand something She provided us with regular updates what we can expect to happen next etc I would recommend Paul Robinson to anyone as I had a very positive experience with them Again a big thank you to Amy T for dealing with our house purchase you re a credit to the company

Charlotte Bramwell and her team have been exceptional Each step was explained clearly and emails were responded to so quickly which made the whole process stress free - with being first time buyers this was perfect for us I will 100 recommend Charlotte and her team and definitely be using their service again in the future Thank you lovely ladies - you are amazing

Fast reliable excellent communication

As cash buyers we wanted a quick purchase Casey Murphy was appointed as our solicitor for the purchase of our property From start to finish everything was done so smoothly and efficiently by this firm and Casey herself Every call is answered with no queues and email correspondence the same day mostly within an hour or two from Casey herself We felt as if we knew exactly where we stood and our transaction was completed in 2 months Would use this firm again ideally Casey and 100 recommend to others Huge thank you Casey and apologies I am so late leaving you a review Best wishes Amelia
