A few years ago I bought a PAX 3 from online retailer Vapor com I was new to vaping and wanted the best dry portable vaporizer available The PAX 3 was my choice after reading and watching reviews It was pricey but the 10 year warranty helped push me over the hurdle to buy it It is a very well thought out design featuring a handsome look and feel It is one of the few portable vaporizers that have the hot oven compartment at the opposite end from the mouthpiece This design gives you MORE flavor and LESS heat to your lips And a powerful battery keeps your vaping session going for a long time This healthy alternative to smoking has made my vaping experience very enjoyable The sleek design of the PAX 3 and simple intuitive one-button control ensures that my vaping experience is THE BEST The available app opens up a few customizable features that help you adjust things like temperature LED brightness and haptic feedback vibration intensity VERY USEFUL FEATURES The app also allows you to select from 5 preset profiles for your own liking I have had nothing but pleasure from my PAX 3 until recently when flashing blue LEDs caused it to keep turning off for no reason I started to panic but then I remembered the 10 year warranty I emailed the company and explained the problem They responded within 24 hours to apologize for the inconvenience Within 3 days and I kid you not a new replacement was at my door with instructions to properly dispose of the defective unit No hassles no delays no problems Customer Service doesn t get any better than this I would give 10 Stars if I could And no one has paid me to give this review

Warranty claim and overall excellent experience
After reading reviews on trustpilot i was feeling rather worried when my beloved pax3 stopped working after about 2 and a half years of heavy use Fortunatley my personal experience was quite different to the majority of the other reviews Firstly can i say that my pax3 has been abused its been used as a daily driver its been dropped down cycling paths while travelling at speed its been bashed against a hard surface to empty its contents thousands of times sometimes on concrete i use the end of a knife to scrape out the residue too and its covered in scratches and small divets on the end that you can feel Despite the abuse its survived with little to zero issues since i had it When it stopped working it was not after a major incident or dunk in any water that would lead me to believe i had broken it I simply used it at night and it failed to work in the morning I assume there was a problem with the heating element or battery as it has been used a lot in its lifespan I emailed the pax warranty address and explained the situation they were very quick to reply initially about 24hr or so Soon after they asked for a video and a mailing address and confirmation of serial number After a handful of back and forth communication they agreed that they would send me a new device no choice of colour black only and i was happy with this

Best company ever REP I have a couple vapolizers pax 3 is my favourite 2 days ago it had a charging issue Reported the problem to PAX help centre After 24 hours from first email i been informed A NEW pax 3 will be send to me World class

Awful customer service
Awful customer service Had a defect in my Pax 2 actually two of them had the same overheating issue so it has to be pretty common The first one I ordered through and online retailer who replaced it but now they directed me to PAX as they mandated all warranty issues go through them Well their policy is apparently deny deny deny and they just send form letters that don t even make any sense Unless you Pax makes the exact right error they will just say it s working as designed even when it s useless Thanks for the paperweight guys

I ordered a custom pax plus They took the money from my account even though I got a pop up saying it s declined because its suspicious transaction That was over a week ago My bank is giving me a hard time because PAX hasn t issued a refund No contact info on website to even call and complain Time to lawyer up seeing how they think it s ok to rob people of their hard earned moneyDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a Pax Plus and it came faulty
I ordered a Pax Plus and it came faulty without the advertised haptic feedback working I emailed support and they helped me redeem my warranty and wanted me to send only the vaporizer oven back without any accessories The problem is they sent me back a different color than what I originally ordered so it doesn t match any of my accessories that came with the original They claimed it was a supply issue which is BS considering I could just order a new one at any time I like with the color I actually want The support team is useless extremely by the books and won t work with you at all to satisfy you

I purchased the pax 3 color black
I purchased the pax 3 color black within 6 month s the finish started wearing off around the mouthpiece and around the oven chamber I immediately contacted pax customers service and was first told warranty does not cover accidental damages So I contacted them again and was told warranty does not cover cosmetic issues I m beyond disappointed I had purchased a pax 2 years ago that still works and so issues with paint wearing off Pax has the worst customer service and is no longer manufactured in sf ca USA absolutely the worst customer service ever

I d put zero but I don t have that option since they haven t returned my email inquiry for 10 days While there chat is no longer available due to Covid19 they claim they will return an email request within or around 24 hours I m cancelling my order and purchasing from a third party vendor which I was trying to avoid Horrible
