POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE TIME
Apparently they have significant staffing issues They once were a great company to work with but in the last couple of years I ve had multiple payroll specialists and its not as personalized as it used to be Staff is so busy the wait time is greater than 10 min I am a busy business owner and don t have the time to keep calling and waiting to speak to somebody They need to revisit what good customer service is about

RUN the OTHER DIRECTION NIGHTMARE
RUN the OTHER DIRECTION Id give them zero stars if it were possible WORST experience I have ever had with a company I have no idea how they are in business They are COMPLETELY incompetent and every other week you have a new rep to pick up the disaster the last person left them with Since Jan 1st 2023 They have COMPLETELY screwed up my payroll my employee benefits sick accrual 401k my L I payments which they LOST for 2 months but the funds were coming out of my account and I was delinquent with L 1 and time attendance was just basically unusable I am currently stuck in one HELL of a nightmare mess trying to get out of 401k with them Charging me 1500 to forcefully roll it to another one of their retirement accounts No one there has any clue how to do their job I have had 11 months of THE WORST experience from every department I am SO lucky I have an amazing bookkeeper who looked over and caught every one of their mistakes literally EVERY month the entire year OH and when a manager FINALLY agreed to some credits our account was STILL charged every month and they just kept saying there was a glitch in the crediting system RUN the other way THE WORST

They switch specialist all the time so
They switch specialist all the time so it gets very confusing and they are not consistent with what they say they are going to do I would not recommend I m working on terminating my service at this moment and finding better

Do not use this company
Do not use this company They have processed payroll incorrectly almost every pay period Read the other reviews Customer service is nonexistent I do not know how they are in business For example they assign you a specialist that specialist changes every month or two In addition the specialist is always on vacation during pay dates The paychex flex app does not work properly I m not sure why it exists

Paychex is the worst I ve ever dealt
Paychex is the worst I ve ever dealt with They don t address your concerns Your rep never answers I have been getting a tax bill since March was taken out by Paychex and here it is almost November and the IRS is planning on taking the next step on collections Fees keep going up There have been other problems as well Looking for other options

Deleted account with no reason
Created a new account last week and I encountered twice of my account locked and account disabled Every time I tried to reach to chat bot representative they couldn t solve any problems and left chat I have to ended up call support and wait 20 mins to reactivate my account Today the support team DELETED my whole employer account for no reason I had been transferred to 4 different departments and end up said cannot provide service at this moment The whole experience with Paychex is unpleasant They should ve provided me a reason why deleting my account Totally wasted of my time to deal with these unnecessary issues

Paychex has literally become unusable
Paychex has literally become unusable because you can t use it they won t let you nobody answers the phone not your so called assigned specialist who changes too frequently and misses meeting times with no explanation not the next available specialist not a manager and maybe sometimes if you re lucky the operator who just puts you back in the ever growing que One hour ten mins trying unsuccessfully to call in payroll Finally tried called sales thinking they d at least answer the phone They did pick up but when i told him my problem without so much as answering me he just transferred me back to the perma-que

I always have to wait until 10 or 11 at
I always have to wait until 10 or 11 at night to receive my check and they always put the pay in late every week Seem like it s 2 10 chance if you get 2 days early pay that you might see your check early Wednesday or early Thursday they used to be so good at first I don t know what happened

I m on hold right now for the third
I m on hold right now for the third time today It hangs up on me after 10 or 15 mins If I put in a call back number it calls and hangs up immediately I ve called my reps probably 40 times over the last year Twice has someone answered I ve tried switching reps but still the same issue They clearly don t have enough staff Frustrating
