Our business has decided to discontinue our service with Paylocity We found them to be inefficient and lacking in accountability Perhaps large corporations don t mind being a number and can afford monetary errors We switched to a payroll company that is better suited to handle the needs of our business

Run away
I couldn t even begin to find words to adequately describe how horrible this company is The timeclock portion and the payroll portion are not the same platform and getting the hours over to the payroll system is a nightmare I spend hours every payroll trying to figure out how to do it reading the instructions and ultimately calling and having someone walk me through it You have to create multiple batches and import them and nothing is user friendly or done in a language you could possibly figure it out or remember from the previous times Expect to wait a long time for your call to be answered and hope you get someone who can help I have NEVER spoken to my customer service rep not even once I always get a recording that she is not available and have to go into the que and wait for someone different I m fairly certain she doesn t exist Emails usually arent answered until the next day and never have a name so you cant find that person again to follow up Promises the salesman made were not kept Wish i could give zero stars WORST company I have ever worked with

They offer Demand pay and my company i work for allows it yet they won t update the system so we can utilize these features I am requesting to my director we switch to a company that works in a more timely fashion

One of the worse customer services
One of the worse customer services experience in payroll industry Refuses to respond to tax notices and will delay so long you have to handle on your own This is a tactic for most of their services 1095c do not have them process We spend over 24 hours hand keying information when rep told us it was a simple upload I have over 30 years processing payroll and this is some of the worst customer service

Company is the worst
Company is the worst Run away Majorly caused issues with me for the State we live in and would NOT take responsibility They blamed me even though they have the fiduciary responsibility and they literally did not file withholding and unemployment accounts in my state they only did it on the federal side They then never filed taxes properly for a year never took responsibility and then when I left they charged me a cancellation fee of 200 even though I had in writing they wouldn t They also never scheduled an exit meeting with me after I sent back the form to do that in my last 30 days They are not honest and honestly you should run from this like the plague

The WORST customer service
After going through a horrible implementation I was hopeful that things would get better It has been over a year now and things are unbelievably worse Even our assigned account manager takes no ownership of resolving issues or even returning emails or voicemails In fact I have never once spoken to her rather one of her peers answers her overflow calls and emails I have been requesting a meeting with her for 4 weeks now I emailed her manager and left a voicemail for him with concerns and frustration almost two weeks ago and still have not had a return email or call from him I am truly at a loss and in 25 years of working in the field have never been treated so poorly from a service provider

This company is an unmitigated
This company is an unmitigated disaster Their answer to any and all problems is a token effort with no resolution and no follow-up They must get a to do list they check off the box as completed after doing nothing and then one doesn t hear fromt them again I get bounced around from department to department they might make a token call from an anonymous phone number but when I try returning their calsl I can never reach the person who called The sales department made promises they cannot or will not fulfill and then throw you to the dreadful support wolves Is there a good payroll company out there I ve been in business since 1998 and I ve yet to find one Surely it s not Paychex or ADP either

Stay away from the ATS
The HRIS is fine I don t know much about customer support as reading other reviews but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average They sell you on an open API but very few integrations actually work If you want the ATS to integrate with anything be prepared to get scoped 20 000 for the other company to build the integration Every time I call in I get a note that says your account manager is unavailable Also when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS you also have to sign up for JobTarget which is 1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed Very frustrating onboarding implementation as well one of the worst I ve ever been a part of

Locked out just about every time I go
Locked out just about every time I go to use it it constantly changes passwords I update the passwords and it s a random chance game if the site will let me on or not whoever runs the IT is a retar ded as s-clown I have been asking my company to please switch to any other pay site as this one is a total sh it show
