Lost prescriptions and long waits
Their pharmacy in Faversham is always losing my sister s prescriptions and rarely has her medications ready to collect I had to go in twice today to collect my own prescription which should have been ready The second time I still had to wait 20 minutes for a simple nose spray

Paydens at LarkfieldSince Covid NHS Surgeries and supporting Chemists have enjoyed a charmed life With at least 6 7 members of staff in attendance there is always a queue you even must join the queue to hand in a pre-paid prescription Every customer request is met with a 3-person mini-meeting behind the counter to discuss the request The counter staff do not exhibit individual competence and the lack of urgency when met with a queue exacerbates the situation This morning there was a 12-person queue outside waiting 30 minutes for the Chemist to open frustrating embarrassing and outrageous

The Chatham branch is DISGUSTING
I went to the Chatham branch on Monday and I m honestly lost for words at how dirty and disgusting it was This would be bad enough in normal circumstances but at a time like this where we should be concerned about cleanliness and hygiene it s really quite unacceptable I couldn t tell if it was walking into a pharmacy or a pig sty with all the mess about The staff were rude and unhelpful I ll stick with Boots from now on and stay clear of this mess

Attempting to collect prescription 24 hrs after GP sent across Queued at shop waited ages to be told I should have telephoned before coming in Sent away for 15 minutes Just requesting again returning after 30 minutes Still not ready

Paydens Tenterden Pharmacy ok gift shop is lovely and so are staff Make up counter has a very rude employee who needs customer service training Another staff member did kindly apologise to me for her behaviour

Disgraceful
I turned up at my hotel only to discover that I hadn t packed my tablets I called 111 and explained and they advised me to pick up an emergency prescription from Paydens Edenbridge I arrived and paid my subscription and only when I got back to the hotel did I open the box and discover just 6 tablets cut from a blister pack of 14 A normal payment of prescription gives me 28 tablets A months supply I will never recommend them to anyone Disgraceful treatment

The pharmacist at Paydens in Dartford
The pharmacist at Paydens in Dartford Lowfield Street wears his iPhone AirPods while serving customers which is totally unprofessional and he is extremely rude and arrogant to boot Completely disconcerting to be served by a medical professional wearing headphones Boots would never accept their staff especially a pharmacist wearing headphones while he s serving and talking to customers Obviously anything goes with Paydens nowadays and it s not about the customers anymore Phones don t get answered you have to wait for ages in the pharmacy even when you re the only customer in the shop Probably because the staff are busy listening to music Giving them a 1 star is too much in my opinion because they re not deserving of even that

There s one lady behind the counter who
Broadstairs branchThere s one lady behind the counter with dark hair who is so rude it s beyond belief I thought maybe she was having a bad day the last time she was ignorant and rude the rest of the staff are very friendly I think this particular woman has got a bit of I m behind the counter special person in charge syndrome I d refuse her to serve me next time she s there very poor customer service on her behalf

On both the 8th November and 4th November The most rude and appalling service Anger interrupting not listening a lecture shouted at me about patient behaviour You need to put the counter staff at Putney on an anger management and customer service course and learn not to be rude to patients and arrogant about how they are more expert than the GP practice The worst service in my life in a pharmacy Never again there if I can help it Atrocious
