Broken filling whilst on holiday

I was away from home and in considerable pain following a tooth extraction I contacted the Denplan emergency helpline which was answered immediately by Harry who went on to arrange an emergency appointment for me with a local dentist within a couple of hours The local dentist sorted my problem and Harry could not have been more helpful courteous and efficient My grateful thanks and10 out of 10 for Harry

Denplan Cat sorted and arranged a dentist close to where we were staying I was also kept updated of what was going on via phone and details via email Quick efficient service and pleasant staff Thank you so much for your help it was very much appreciated

Excellent service with a selection of good packages to choose from to suit your budget All my claims are settled online quickly and details to uploads simple payments are received in a few days Any issues that I have raised in the past are discussed promptly and efficiently

Emergency dentist while on holiday

Great insurer and super fast hassle-free claims The total process is so standardized that it makes it a few mins to process the claim and no mental tension of the claim getting rejected I had a quarterly dentist visit and every penny has always been refunded by Denplan

First Denplan claim

Really easy to find a dentist while on holiday Difficult but found a good dentist and they also offered to help find one Only negative was the claim form a little hard for me to understand but I managed the basic in terms of understanding the dentistry needed etc but Denplan sorted it all out and if I had printed the form out and took to dentist would have been easier still First time having to claim in 20 years Superb no issues

Regular treatment service

I used my Denplan dental plan for the first time this week after registering with a new dentist It was my first claim and I was unsure how it would go It couldn t have gone better - my claim was confirmed within in about 2 working days I find this very reassuring as I embark on my treatment plan
