I thought that I d been scammed by a company I bought a product from as I hadn t received my order in over 6 weeks PayPal honoured my money and issued a refund I then received my package so I let PayPal know and asked them to cancel the refund They ve honoured the amount with the company and have responded promptly to me and so courteously Very happy with my experience with PayPal

Having not got any where trying to get either the shoes I had paid for or a refund from Reebok or indeed a reply to email I managed to get a refund via PayPal I recommend you always pay by this method if you have the option

I recently got defrauded by the company selling the Starscope monocular During the purchase procedure using PayPal I realized the product was likely inferior I had not completed the purchase but received notice from the seller acknowledging my purchase I immediately tried to contact the seller No luck I waited a day and following PayPal guidelines submitted my complaint Within a few days PayPal had engaged the seller who ultimately agreed to refund my purchase price upon receipt of the returned items I m very happy and impressed with the service I received from PayPal I did not expect to ever see a refund Today I received the refund

Well I bought a polo suit and used PayPal because I was unsure of the company I was buying from some reviews were bad but the clothes looked ok online I used PayPal as you can t go wrong if anything happens you just open a case I did open a case after receiving poor quality cheap clothing which was unfinished as stitching was abysmal I opened a case and got my full refund Well done to PayPal if you use them you can t go wrong I always use them and always will when purchasing online a great guarantee and peace of mind

And the year 2018 I had a PayPal account I have been a customer PayPal for at least 3 years Then bad luck struck and I have to serve some time being incarcerated and MDOC Mississippi department of correction So I lost access to my Gmail account which my PayPal account will set up through Well now I ve been released for at least 6 months and I was going through some paperwork and I happen to find my old PayPal routing number and account number so I decided to call PayPal I called PayPal about my account told him I didn t have access to it cuz I no longer had the Gmail that it was associated with and I was assistant about his outstanding customer service representative named Jared He asked me several questions looked into the situation and was able to access my account he told me what I would need to do in order to claim the little funds that were in my account But the most amazing thing happened he had compassion instead of having to go through the total process of setting it up he gave me credit for what was left in my account and I m thankful to him but having a heart and providing outstanding service I m a big follower of Jesus Christ and one thing that Jesus stands for is spreading the love and loving your brother as you love yourself no matter what position we are in we should always remember that I just want to thank PayPal who I am very loyal to but the outstanding service they were offered to me over the years and I want to thank them again for having customer service Representatives like Jared who goes out of his way to make sure you get what you deserve I m just thankful I m just proud to be a customer or PayPal

I guess I have become addicted to PayPal I use them for everything even small purchases I truly use them for all my on line purchases with no problem They always get my money back when I made numerous of purchase from China All my experience have been positive When ever I use them they send me an email to make sure it is me I also get points for my purchases Give them another try I think there are a lot of improvements In the pass I did get hacked Looks like they have improved their security check

I didnt received the ordered goods that i have ordered for more than a month and a half even the seller is in our country tried to contact him with no success so i reported him to paypal Of course i had all the comunication with the seller with no response of course so my issue was solved in less than 5 minutes the money was back on my paypal account in no time
