A completely devastating phone call After the heartbreaking conversation with our vet about now being the time to say goodbye I rang PCS to enquire about next steps Just a simple we d like to have her cremated with you what are the next steps in arranging The response was an abrupt we don t deal with your vet Our vet confirmed that they in fact do and couldn t understand that response Following that I was then told The best we can do is Thursday we re stacked in the most abrupt uninterested voice He seemed annoyed I was lost for words and he hung up immediately after I said OK thank you I didn t know what else to say Your customer base is 100 grieving pet owners and yet you cannot muster a single shred of compassion The man I spoke to earlier today around 5 30pm is in the wrong job I ve had more compassion in sorting out a utility bill The crematorium was PCS St Francis in Cornwall

Awful service
Awful service Upon unboxing the urn containing the ashes of my cat I found that the seal was broken the ashes immediately began to pour out of the urn on to the floor There is absolutely no way that whoever put the urn together did not know that the seal was broken it was obvious Absolutely no care and attention given Will never use again

I would give this company no stars if I
I would give this company no stars if I could Most of their receptionists are rude if you can get them to answer the phone at all Their customer services leave a lot to be desired and Paul Taylor didn t leave me reassured either after promising to call me back and not doing so The cremation for my little girl was booked through my vets but I had to deal with the company after they sent her ashes back in the wrong size vessel and they even put the wrong date on the cremation certificate They are unhelpful and I have told my vet that when anything happens to my other dogs I don t want them to use this company as they are uncaring

Poor quality and service
Used this company through the vets after our dog sadly passed away From their brochure We chose the small heart keepsake for her ashes any additional ashes come in a scatter cushion it states We received this beautifully wrapped in a box only to open it to find the heart was not the one we had chosen and the worse part was it looked like it had been kicked round a field The heart was scratched and scuffed Already heartbroken this was so upsetting We called the vets straight away who took her back to sort out and said would be another two weeks before we could bring her home again PCS told the vet she wouldn t fit in the small heart so they made decision to put her in a different one without any discussion with us And place her in a disgusting damaged one We chose to take her ashes back home in a box from the vet and purchased a beautiful urn on line at half the price by the way They did refund the cost of the cremation and heart but no amount of money will heal the further heartache caused

If your thinking of using PCS Pet Cremation Don t
Please use another company if you want excellent customer service and care and a company that actually shows some compassion We were given a leaflet when our beloved dog passed away by the Blue Cross It came as a shock that our beloved dog had to be put to sleep and when we were given this leaflet we just thought it would be a good caring company I should of gone with my gut feeling the first time I made contact via telephone to the company The woman who answered the call was cold and didn t even say sorry for you lose or any kind words then when it come to making the payment she told me that the card machine was not working so she ll call me back when the other one was not being used well 45 minutes passed and no return call and I was worried that she had not taken my mobile number correctly maybe so I called back No sorry I hadn t called just laughed and said she d get the card machine no confirmation sent via texted or email to let me know my order and payment had been successful nothing I should of cancelled them there and then but we were all so much in shock and upset we didn t I should of looked a reviews but again I was not thinking if I would of seen the reviews I defintely would of cancelled my order Anyway it came to the day of our beloved dog being returned to us at our instructed chosen place which was Merton Blue Cross I called around 10 30 as wanted to double check everything was ok and the woman said well we don t normal let our clients know until the driver is back at our depot but they always return pets early morning so she should be there now so I told my father who was still really heartbroken that our dog would be ready to collect then half our later the woman from PCS called me and said there has been a mix up and our dog had gone to Blue Cross in London as there delivery driver couldn t get in the gate at Merton Blue Cross not even a SORRY or nothing didn t care I said there is no way we could get up to London she said she will try and get blue cross in London to deliver our beloved dog back to Morden blue cross as some point had a no care action she didn t even call me back which is no surprise as this company never does I had to keep calling to chase She she she would call me when it was sorted out but yet again I had to chase to find out what was going on as I had already been on the phone to Blue Cross myself to see if PCS has actually done anything and they told me she was on the way back to Morden PCS hadn t even called me back to let me know Finally our dog was indeed delivered to the RIGHT place I called PCS when our dog was picked up and asked for someone to call me to discuss the complaint proceedure and she abruptly said that someone would call me back and i asked what today she said yes but surprise surprise that call has never came and its now Friday the 25th of October hence why I am giving feedback to people thinking of using these soul less company

Sleepy Hollow is where you could turn to with utmost confidence when your beloved pet s life comes to an end
This five star review is about Sleepy Hollow in Cross Hands in Carmarthenshire run by Mike Watts and his wife Pauline When we lost our Pembrokeshire Corgi Toby in 2019 while receiving inpatient care overnight at Carmarthen Veterinary Hospital it was Mike who drove to pick up poor Toby for cremation and we collected his ashes in a wooden casket kept in our bedroom It was first class service provided with dignity kindness and professionalism Sadly our tricoloured Pembrokeshire Corgi Tudor only 7 years old succumbed to his 2nd attack of immunosuppressant disease having successfully been treated the first time in May this year lasting four months Tudor was back to his happy self playing with his 4 year old Gitto a miniature Jack Russell with no food aggression whatsoever travelling everywhere with us Tudor s 2nd attack with immunosuppressant disease returned with a vengeance killing him despite immediate veterinary treatment He was cremated today at Sleepy Hollow with the same highest standards pet owners could wish for Tudor s ashes in an ornate wooden casket now lies next to his predecessor Toby in our bedroom like a shrine in their memories
