Can t Return Items

My husband bought me a gorgeous eternity ring but unfortunately didn t fit We requested an exchange but the shipping label wasn t attached to email My husband has sent numerous messages now for 10 days to customer services but no one has responded We believe they don t want us to return the item Something lovely had become really upsetting as we are out of pocket with a ring that doesn t fit

Wanted to return some items as they were not as expected Didn t have any return label in the bag Tried to get a return label on the website but the correct Ordernumber is labeled as wrong Tried contacting customer service for 5 times Wrote via WhatsApp and the computer asked me the same question 7 times Still no info nor return label from customer service They also didn t deduct the discount of 15 Terrible service for an order over 1600 Order Number is OC123974

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

In my recent order I bought an earring set and they sent me an order with MISSING products I ve tried to contact customer service many times which are all ignored if you comment on their social media you WILL get blocked Sounds sketchy enough I don t think I m asking for much since I PAID for the products It sounds like a scam even other comments saying their diamonds fall out and earrings turn black For the price point it s a bloody disappointing experience go somewhere else to get your jewellery

Awful customer experience with a

Awful customer experience with a return I didn t receive a refund or any communication for an item i returned for over 2 months previous There was no response from their team or way to contact them when i chased on it and i just randomly got a refund without any explanation or apology Will never use again

terrible customer service

Bought grand malai earrings and loved the design but they became spotty very quickly - for months I ve been trying to resolve the issue with customer service for months but they say that there is no manufacturing issue and that it must be how I use them I ve only worn them couple times always take them out after wear so my use is definitely not the issue Will not be shopping again as those earrings cost 50 and only lasted few weeks without spots

Strongly recommend against buying from PD Paola

I give this company 1 at a push and that is only because all of the many many pieces of jewellery I have are lovely however their customer service alone means I will never ever buy from them again It is simply not worth it I have been battling with them now for 3 months I bought a ring from them in store when on holiday and a few weeks later it broke When first contacted they came across very helpful giving off the impression it would all be sorted in no time Not the case Every email is either wrote through A I meaning for the past 3 months I have had to repeat myself over and over and over again OR they simply do not understand care what you re saying It is no exaggeration to say that my issue would have been a very very simply fix send out a new ring which they initially said would be no problem They instead are choosing to keep stringing me along blaming technical issues shipping to my address I have ordered separately 2 necklaces 3 rings and 3 sets of earrings to my home address previously and never had an issue If you re buying an expensive piece of jewellery it is absolutely not worth buying it from here as if anything goes wrong with it you will not get it sorted After requesting for a phone number to talk to somebody around 4 times with no luck and requesting to speak to a manager around 5 times to which I was just ignored and sent a lengthy A I response about how important my issue was to them and how they would let me know when it was resolved I have reported them to trading standards and had the item sent to a family members address who lives overseas and I am then going to have to pay to have it shipped here Absolutely ridiculous Incredibly disappointing to be such an awful awful experience

Dissatisfied with returns

I am dissatisfied with the returns process I ordered a couple of necklaces from the website I decided to return one of them as it was too chunky for me I had difficulty trying to find a method of return from their website so I visited their Covent Garden store to enquire They were very helpful and helped me generate a return online I also picked up some items in store also whilst I was there I had to chase up the return request a couple of times as no instructions were sent out Eventually a returns label was emailed to me and I sent the item back Today I have been refunded the amount of the cheaper item not the item which I actually returned which is over 200 Complete shambles and there is no telephone number to speak to anyone nor is there a number for the Covent Garden store where the return label was addressed to A complete headache The pieces are lovely but not worth the time or money if you wish to return etc I won t be a returning customer which is a shame as I m always looking for new jewellery Date 6th December 2023 Edit So I have just received an email from PD Paola for a refund which subtracts 25 I m guessing it s for admin fees although there is no explanation The site states less 5 fees so yet again I am completely dissatisfied I only hope the piece I have kept lasts up to its hype otherwise this is a very expensive lesson on NOT TO PURCHASE FROM PDPAOLA again Date 8th December 2023

Terrible quality

I bought 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace I have never worn them kept them in the original boxes in a dry bedroom drawer After several months when I finally decided to wear them found them all badly discoloured I ve contacted customer service but any action was refused Beautiful designs but terrible quality I will never buy anything from them again

Don t purchase anything

Everything literally everything about this experience has been terrible I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am I am an experienced online shopper but this low level of quality both in customer service delivery and products was completely new to me I bought a total of five items to give to my mother Originally as a birthday present However not only did two of the items arrive way too late even though I bought them in time but now I can t even give them for Christmas as the remaining three still haven t arrived I also wish I could say that the customer service is bad But in fact it s non-existent I have never received a reply Again I m disappointed and angry I therefore strongly advise against buying jewellery from PDPAOLA I wonder why there is so little indication of how superficial the experience of buying from this company is PDPAOLA should definitely ring hollow with you

Pdpaola papillon ring

I bougt the papillon ring as a present for my gf New product looked nice but turned out to be really bad quality In a year of everyday wear third of the stones were fallen out making it essentially unwearable And of course the 3 year warranty doesn t cover this Stay away
