Parcel has been lost by the courier I have contacted Peacocks several times to discuss this without a reply to email and no one answers the phone Courier confirms they have lost the parcel cannot find it and Peacocks still not replied This seems to be an issue with Peacocks reading the other reviews

DO NOT WORK HERE HONESTLY THE HIGHER UO MANAGEMENT ARE AWFUL PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT PROFIT YOURE A NUMBER TO THEM PLEASE DONT GO INTO THIS COMPANY I worked here for three years Getting out was the best thing I ever did Shop staff are great Higher up don t care They ll try and get one over on you They expect you to work 11 hours a day and if you can t you ll know about it The regional area manager is a borderline bully and will use mental health against you I ve heard this multiple times from different staff from different stores and I have my own experience with HER Don t apply

Quality of items bought is way below par Description not accurate Ordered skinny jeans skinny they were not quite the opposite and probably the most unflattering pair I ve ever bought Also lost 2 99 having to return them not happy Will never use them again Peacocks I hope your policies are worth losing customers over No wonder you re a dying brand

Attention Eltham Branch On the 23rd of Dec 2023 my sister bought a bedroom slippers which she worn on the 25th of December 2023 however some of the stitches came off on one of the pair She therefore returned it on the 28th of December 2023 only to be treated with disrespect disregard and animosity Sadly this behaviour was also echoed by another colleague who was literallycheering the manager on to disrespect the customer I strongly believe that CCTV will capture this however when my emphasise was made to the CCTV the manager said confidently that the CCTV was meant for theives and not for such issues Please review this cctv issue if that is the case Kindly review the interraction between the first worker who attended to me before transferring to the manager Ironically another customer came in with a jumper that she had bought but upon washing it it shrunk in the machine A worker was asked to get her a new one as a replacement with no questionings I asked the difference between my issue and hers but received a very rude and horrible response I will take it up but just so you know Peacock Eltham high street needs to send the manager and some of the workers on customer relations training Due to this horrible experience the slippers as well as the receipt was left with them Lucky for me I paid with my card and therefore have a proof of transaction should we need further investigations

Same as Emma Evri lost my parcel had to ring up three times as each time they were giving Evri three days to respond to them They could see from the system that the parcel hadn t moved anywhere Was sent a list of points to sign with my initials to confirm that I hadn t got it and neighbours were not harbouring it either No reply shock horror Will have to ring up again for a fourth time to chase my 25 refund Absolutely ridiculous Maybe don t use Evri Peacocks everybody knows they re still the crappy Hermes but with a new name

If Evri lose your parcel don t expect to receive any communication from peacocks about it or your money back I been waiting since mid November Have rung peacocks twice Before they give me a refund they have to speak with Evri to make sure parcel is lost even though they can literally see it hasn t moved for two and a half weeks on system Infuriating and disappointing for customers Feels like they are really trying to hold on to every pound they have before they are closed down Would not recommend

Disgraceful Customer Services Company
Placed an order online with a gift card on the 19th November and i m still waiting on it 24 12 2023 the webpage says processing and has been saying that since i placed the order despite it being in stock I have emailed customer services 5 times and received an automated response acknowledging my email then nothing else from them I have also phoned customer services 4 times only to be fobbed off each time with a different story but with the same outcome of nothing being done as it stands i am 25 out of pocket and with nothing to show for it since buying my gift card online from them they have removed the option to use them and also the option to buy them absolutely disgraceful company and I d advise you to stay clear of them if you have a problem they will either just blank you or blatantly lie to you but are happy to take your cash while doing so

Do not buy anything from here I purchased some items for xmas presents for my dad at beginning of Dec which were no good When purchasing them i asked if they could be returned as they were for xmas presents I was told yes i had until 7th January to return I assumed this was to get my money back unfortunately it wasn t I tried to return items to be told they had to be returned by 28th to get a refund and was too late and that i had until the 7th to buy something else or i would lose my money all together Unfortunately my dad has been in hospital since 29th Dec really poorly so i just asked for a credit note or gift voucher for the equivalent money I was then told they can t do this and that i had to buy something So i bought 40 worth of slipper socks which i can return up until the end of January instead of 7th This is a ridiculous system i cant see difference with giving me a credit note I now have 8 pairs of slipper socks which they are losing sales on when they could still have my money in credit and still be selling the socks Just avoid buying here i know I will in future
