Visited the clacton on sea store today unfortunately I didn t buy as you didn t have what I needed However I wanted to leave some feedback regarding the Covid 19 set up I have been working throughout this pandemic and have had to put strict guidelines in place so I am fully aware of what is expected Upon entering your store I was greeted by a man at the door who informed me to follow the arrows on the shop floor I ve been to many stores during this period and this I m itself can be confusing However the store was very easy to navigate arrows placed clearly around the shop I m a time that is very nerve racking the layout of the store really put my mind at ease Thank you peacocks and well done

Good old Peacocks at the right price

Traditional company long serving and still respectable unlike M S The clothes are reasonably priced the collections are up to date and the styles suit the period On-line experience has been memorable - no issues having shopped there at least 6 times in the last 8 months In store the selection is somewhat different less lines to purchase One major flaw is the availability of of stock this needs improvement as the online business is bound to expand as more and more people shop in cybermarkets these days Recommend an on-line trip

buying clothes in store

I do most of my daughters clothes shopping at the store The staff are helpful help me find or look something i can t find The only thing i could suggest is that you have a store card like other shops it s good that you have vouchers but they some times run out before i need more stuff

I ve only had one problem with this online store and that was when a hanger displayed 14 when the tag was a 12 Customer services sent the correct item out and allowed me to return the wrong item free of charge I ve made a few purchases and been happy with almost all of them I ve found their staff online and instore very helpful Returns and refunds are processed quickly however standard delivery is slow

Useful shop to look in

Yes Peacocks are not your higher end shop but they sell useful clothes to be worn at competitive prices Bought a pair of their leisure trousers with side pockets Fed up with jeans but wanted something for casual wear that also had side pockets to keep your wallet and phone in Perfect and no where else had anything like them Thank you

I ordered a dress last week but didn t receive any email correspondence It turned out that I had typed a mistake in my email address so my fault However I am disappointed that I had to leave 4 messages with them before they called back to help me sort this out However one I received a telephone call they were great All sorted now

Took my dress back again in the Bristol galleries after being refused by dorina the supervisor who told me to come back when manger Dorian had such terrible customer service when I spoke to manager on phone and went in two days later shevdeaktbwith straight away and was very sorry for this good customer service from her hope Dorinda had a big warning she should not be a supervisor
