I ordered some sandals online and had them on click and collect at my nearest store I can honestly say that peacocks did email me to update me on the dispatch and again when they arrived in store for me to collect and never experienced any problems Staff were lovely at the long Eaton branch when I have been in store shopping and collecting my goods Keep up the good work peacocks I would certainly order online again

Lots of bad reviews people only tend to leave reviews when things go wrong this review is based on my last 5 orders over the last 9 months All orders have arrived safely and undamaged and the correct items colours and sizes have all been correct and the clothes are cheap and good quality one thing to note when ordering from peacocks online is don t order anything that you need quickly it will take around a week maybe longer to arrive but it will get there Order then relax it arrives when it arrives

I order a new coat jeans and a very nice smart looking jumper all came all fit very nice clothes only reason I haven t given 5stars is because of the tracking info saying it s out for delivery but it s not even left the depo finally got my clothes and there great bit over priced but overall very nice I will be back for more clothes

We bought a lovely hooded blanket the price was good as is the fabric the style and starred design is lovely too the first one got lost in the post but a replacement was sent very quickly and the service to sort the issue was very good happy thanks

Overall I have always had a very good experience with Peacocks the website is straight forward and easy to use My orders have always arrived on time if not before the estimated delivery time A lot of plastic involved with their packaging I notice but the items are always intact if not a little thrown in They seem to communicate well through email to update you on what stage your order is at I can t really fault the service I have used them several times and will no doubt continue too That said the price of the products I would say generally reflects the quality of their clothes It s not what I would consider to be high quality it s quite basic But like I say you sort of get what you pay for and I know that when shopping with this company so for me this isn t an issue Keeping that in mind for example jumpers knitwear probably only had three good washes in them before they can start to look rather worn The t-shirts seem to last a little longer providing it s not one of the thinner materials But for cheap basic items like classic white tops or vest tops to layer up with other items Peacocks gets a thumbs up from me They are what they are in my opinion and as long as you know that I feel they are often worth a browse depending on what you re after of course I have always been very happy with the items I have brought Most recently I purchased a maternity top and that s the first thing I have ever brought from this company that I would say came up small though It was extremely tight fitting and not very comfortable at all This was disappointing but I brought it in the sale for 3 with it in mind for just wearing to appointments it ll function for that perfectly well so I can t say I was particularly annoyed It was and is fit for purpose to Peacocks usual standard I would recommend them as a company certainly for basic items It s not show stopper stuff you get but always pleasant and for the prices you pay I don t feel you can grumble

I purchased a summer midi dress today from store the print is amazing and it was on sale for 12 50 The staff were helpful and kind I tried on the dress in the changing room which was clean tidy Overall the service was very good

Shirley Solihull Branch were helpful and assisted me in looking for something which helped me make my purchases Not the case in all their stores Kings Heath is hit and miss sometimes superhelpful but occasionally not

After issues with my voucher where the money wasn t loaded onto the card correctly I was actually contacted by the lady from the Crosby store who advised she had resolved the issue and it was ready to be collected I went to the store and collected this today and was surprised how helpful the staff were Very different from my visit on the 29th of December but give credit where credit is due

Peacocks is value for money and is becoming increasingly more recognised for being so It does it s best to remain Affordable and with the pressures of life they are delivering to the customers needs

Went to my nearest store to get a top i have seen online but sadly they didnt have my size so when i got home looked online again to order until i realised it would be 3 99 for delivery or 1 99 to be delivered to store Why cant the shops order what the customer wants for free as they have deliveries every week I also emailed customer services with the email provided online and a week later it came back saying undeliverable
