I have always been happy with Peacocks

I have always been happy with Peacocks and their customer service Everything is clearly stated before checkout including the returns policy and also on the dispatch note The returns policy has been in place over a year and especially when it comes to store purchases the date for returning items is on the till receipt I think people need to just stop complaining and take responsibility for there own actions

Love Peacocks - Delivery was super quick - Quick answering my email Slight miss up with a return code I was given the wrong return number over the phone When returning my items to store the Manager sorted it really quickly for me and I was able to get a refund Thank you to the two ladies who dealt with me in the Arnold store in Nottingham Always very helpful 10 10

Peacocks at Jarrow

Just been to Peacocks at Jarrow My customer care was so good I know I will be going back I overheard the girl saying it was her first day Rachel and she looked so comfortable in her job I was surprised she had just started Then Evelyn came to help as my hair had got tangled in a security tag They were kind helpful professional and a credit to peacocks I ll see them again

Regular online customer with Peacocks Latest delivery arrived via Hermes On time and as stated Despatch time is always on the longer side and I always do returns via a store I understand general returns are a bit more complicated so read returns before you buy I loved all the items today so won t need to return anything Good fashion items at cheap prices

Excellent customer service

I visited the store in Cumbernauld and the customer service was outstanding The person who served me was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my item in the size I needed Great to see that level of customer service still exsists

Another great experience with peacocks Got my order in less than a week and good quality Amazing deals We are always so quick to put in a BAD review I m guilty myself but never positive This is my second order this year and on both occasions I have been left satisfied

Excellent customer service in store

Excellent customer service in store today wanted a dress but they didn t have it in my size the assistant checked the stockroom for me then rung around all the nearest stores till she located the dress in my size and had them reserve it for me In both stores the assistants were extremely pleasant and helpful I ve now got a beautiful summer dress and even better it was 20 off

I would give -5 of I could placed an order back in November a Christmas present for my daughter it s now January still no parcel I have emailed peacocks quite a few times and no reply I ve tried to ring customer service no answer after an hour on hold shocking customer service and I m of pocket and my daughter was one xmas present short will never go to peacocks again
