I am now undecided after reading reviews

I wanted to enroll my granddaughter in Penn Foster next year She will be in 9th grade After reading all the reviews I am just not sure I want to go through with it So many bad reviews some about the courses and some about how they take you to the money cleaners Not being able to reach out to anyone for help That makes me very uncomfortable about signing my name to anything or even getting started with the school yikes

I was looking for something to do to

I was looking for something to do to pass the time of the COVID-19 period and I found they had a security guard program I thought I d take the course just for fun and find out the truth about what it s like to be a security guard I bet that makes me a liar according to the staff Especially when I didn t think about the consequences of challenging myself to do it within a week when your supposed to take it in three months I didn t even read the enrollment completely in the form where they say they can take my money still if I fail and also have a full right to terminate my account So if anyone with autism is listening the school is okay just don t do the same-thing I did And don t bother with calling the school about asking if you could try the whole program again Especially rushing through the program you can t do that either So I give the school a average in understanding autism spectrum disorders which make someone act like a spoiled child

My son did the high school option

My son did the high school option He was in the K12 program before we moved after out move Penn Foster was the only choice for high school It is great for working adult or someone working in their spare time I did not like the way the english written assignments were graded and was very disappointed textbooks were not offered for all classes My son became frustrated trying to read the text online and then go back and forth on school website the tuition was reasonable but for a little more it would have been nice if laptops were included in the price Most responses were answered quickly and monthly payments were affordable taking exams and the study guides for exams provided were great and accopmplished with ease

problems finding anyone to accept Penn Foster student

Walmart payed for my Pharm Tech program Its pretty basic read the text books memorize a ton of facts do the quiz at the end video yourself doing some hands on labs I did not feel prepared for the PTCB at all At the end you have to do a 160 hr externship in a pharmacy but I got laid off and Walmart would no longer do it they said I could go to a Kroger or a Walgreens but the nearest one to me was 43 miles away and no local pharmacy would even consider it I don t suppose that is their fault but I m glad I did not pay for this program I think I will just get my certification at the local community collage

Well Planning to be a student

Well I have gone through a lot of comments made by the present and former students of their experiences I am planning to register with Penn Foster for a course in Property Management I am a little bit confused because I don t know what to do in other not to fall in the sameexperiences they had I made a request for the school information and I have not received them but I got a call from a lady trying to persuade me to register on phone through her which I decline because admissions have to be done by filling out admissions forms on hard paper or you do it online filling out of admission form is the contract of admission I am still interested to study with your school
