Same as everyone else ordered a dress after seeing it on Facebook It has not arrived I keep getting messages saying it s on the way I tried to email the company and they are uncontactable Based on what everyone else is saying I m expecting it to be poor quality and unreturnable if it arrives at all I ve reported it to my bank as a scam

I ordered a festive knit jumper it took 5 weeks to arrive too late for Christmas jumper event and it is made of cheap nasty material And what s worse it s a photo of a knitted jumper It came from China not London as you are led to believe Never again

Avoid Ankle Boots arrived later than promised Seemed ok however after wearing 2 to 3 times a week for 5 weeks the heal soles on one boots fell off Asked for a refund or replacement Refused due to 30 day policy I d had them about 40 days Kept claiming 30 policy despite being told about the law and fitness for purpose etc Will take further action with trading standards and go legal Just scam artists exploiting people
