I ordered a 650 duvet in October of last year and 6 months later I have not received it So many calls to customers service Escalated to customer resolution department Still no duvet They have attempted to ship it to me 3 times but a half a year later it has not been delivered Worst service ever

I ordered mirrors and the colors turned

I ordered mirrors and the colors turned out all wrong It may be free to receive but they wanted 80 to return a 330 mirror There is a Perigold warehouse here locally but they refused to let me return them there It has now been 6 weeks since I returned the mirrors and they still have not refunded my 770 I called and they said their finance department is behind They said I ll see the money within 3 days That s bad business in my books Fingers crossed I see the money without another call

Worst customer service

Worst customer service I bought 2 gift cards 150 300 in two orders One gift card code is saying invalid The other one was never sent via email I ve called 3 times already and was told that an account manager account rep would be in touch with me because the customer service department can t help They can only put in a ticket request for help A week later I m still waiting on an email call This is getting ridiculous Either cancelled my orders and give me my refunds or send me gift cards that actually work The concept apparently is foreign to this company

I received a disturbing e-mail from Perigold stating I have not responded to numerous attempts to collect 1 900 00 I have spent thousands on their site My account is current and I never got any emails from them Looks like they did not charge my credit card when half of an order was shipped Their stupidity is now my crime This notice to put me into collections is so rude Good luck with your horrible customer service

Sent wrong item and no way to return

Sent wrong item I clicked in link problem with order and all I got was a page said sonething went wrong Searched all over website for toll free phone number for support Couldn t find one I guess I m just stuck with an item I didn t order and have no way to reach out to customer support foe a refund I am not happy Feel like I ve been scammed

Bogus availabity and ship date

After calling to check inventory and availability and being assured Perigold had several of the smart locks in stock I placed the order with a delivery date in 4 days Then an email each week for 4 weeks pushing out the arrival date So after a month of delays I called to find out the order will arrive in 4 months 4 months Don t believe Perigold customer service They cancelled and refunded my order I will never choose Perigold again

Terrible service

Terrible service Item was guaranteed delivery in 3-4 days and was delayed several times It is now expected two weeks late thus far Poor communication I finally got an email confirming delivery which was supposed to be to my room of choice and was then downgraded to outside my home Very disappointed

Bought a high end expensive bed cheap dime-store service

Bought a high end expensive bed at Perigold Less than 2 years later the wood veneer is peeling in a couple of areas I have to use my euro shams to hide the noticeable discoloration I contacted Perigold customer service rep and manager Nothing they can do Don t purchase from them Find the maker who is often less expensive and buy directly from manufacturers Perigold does not stand by their products
