Still waiting for order after 2 weeks

I have had no acknowledgement of my payment or indication of shipping date from PharmaNord

Excellent service My order came prompt and exactly what I needed

The capsules have melted into the plastic and burst open Also they have plastic which has fused in to them I am concerned I could get serious long term health effects from these

once u started reward system then why systrm got limited point i tried to redeem my point them it shows me you reaxhed limit pleade improve it

I was unable to complete my online purchase with Pharma Nord because my card was not accepted by the system I know there is nothing wrong with my card so I wrote to my bank asking them if my card was made invalid My bank responded that it was not and I have used my cards for online purchases in other places with success I wrote an email pointing this out to Pharma-Nord on their feedback email address on 10th Jan 2024 but todate I have not heard from them After my bank s response I tried using 3 of my other credit cards and all were not accepted Of course the system does not give any reasons so I can t tell you what s happening - but my cards have always worked everywhere else and it seems like a tremendous waste of time purchasing online from Pharma Nord

I have had a business account with Pharma Nord UK from the 90s when no one new who they were or what Q10 was or any of there other products The Hallamshire Hospital advised my father to go on bio quinone Q10 because of the excellent results they were finding with patients with heart problems like he had I have sold a range of Pharma Nords products and always championed this company for there excellent customer service and there openness to sharing the science behind there products with retailers such as my self so I had the correct information to pass on to my customers It would seem now Pharma Nord UK no longer require the trade from there smaller traders like myself and have deleted us off there system now preferring to deal with Health Professionals only and we now have to pay full price Shame on you Pharma Nord UK I will never recommend you to anyone ever again Very very disappointed

Lucinda when writing a reply to a complaint you have received you need to get your facts right I only phoned twice the second time was to query the instructions I had been given by your staff as I was not a practitioner and I DID NOT IGNORE YOUR ADVICE AND I CERTAINLY DID NOT KEEP PHONING TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER AS YOU ARE INSINUATE I DID I WAS NOT TOLD THE THE SYSTEM HAD FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DELETED AND THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY ORDERS Your customer service SUCKS

I bought tablets which are swallowed whole Why would Pharma Nord add two different sweeteners Xylitol and Sorbitol to the tablets Dr Hazen s peer-reviewed research suggests that xylitol is linked to increased cardiovascular disease Sorbitol may cause gastro-intestinal discomfort gas bloating and even diarrhoea So why are these potentially harmful ingredients added at all Disappointing I won t buy again Got a response saying that PN add the sweeteners for those that want to chew the product They ignore the fact that it is the TYPE of sweetener they are using that is suspect Why not add ones that are NOT potentially harmful then Like simple sucrose Sad standard corporation type response as I was expecting
