Unsatisfactory due to the purchase not being what I expected

Rather disappointed to see that the CoQ10 I ordered to help with cardiovascular health contains hydrogenated oil One of the acknowledged worst things to consume for cardiovascular health What are they thinking of Also not the company s fault but the courier decided to put these through my wrought iron side gate into my back garden but not leave any note to say he d done so Luckily I had call to go out there for something otherwise I d never have known Unluckily it had poured down with rain here recently and the cardboard box the product came in got soaked through to a pulp Luckily the capsules ordered are in foil so didn t get damaged

Frustrating procedure

The website is easy to use and the delivery quick and efficient However I took advantage of the special offer which for my particular product was described as 90 capsules for the price of sixty Unfortunately when my order arrived the packs were the normal size without the extra free I have emailed the vendor and am hoping for a satisfactory conclusion but to date I am disappointed with the service and would need to be convinced to use it again

Ordering was a very smooth process so

I found the website unnecessarily cumbersome I don t know why a password should be necessary at all to order dietary supplements The system emailed me a new password when I entered an incorrect one but again found it incorrect when I immediately entered it very frustrating A returning customer should not be required to enter a password in order to make an order

Poor packaging

Ordering was a very smooth process so no complaints Regular e-mails advising the status of my order Was advised early morning19 02 19 that the order had been dispatched Unfortunately the request for this review came before the goods so I cannot give any meaningful feedback on the product Only three stars as it is now 22 02 19 and the goods did not arrive with this morning s post

Delivery took 4 days to arrive

Everything was fine rarding the purchase But - the extra 30 is boxed too big for a letterbox So the GPO couldn t deliver no one in or neighbours both sides So - had to arrange a delivery and stayed in all day till 3 00 pm to make sure I received the order All because of inappropriate packaging But that s the only complaint

Normally very pleased

Normally very pleased however this time I made a mistake on my order and reordered 1 item your sales said they would send a return label with the new order so as to send the first one back and an email would be sent to me for the new one All this has happened except I didn t receive a confirmation email but the original one was sent I have got the right things just didn t get a new email

Subscription doesn t work

I love the products but the subscription doesn t work I order three different products to be delivered on the same day and they all come in separate parcels and for one of them i get charged postage even though the value of all three of them is around 80 A waste of resources and totally unnecessary It is ONE order of three products Please sort this out

Delay on product

It is maybe a little unfair to put three stars but unfortunately the product I ordered is not in stock - the money however was taken from my account and no one informed me of a delay to my product arriving I had to write and enquire where my product had got to It s not a problem that I have to wait but it would have been useful to know

Would have been 5 but for your logistics In 2021 you need to offer at least a click collect or pick up from service - there are no safe places in your garden in a previous delivery my package was left ouitside hidden in the garden and the card put through a neighbours door who were on holiday I found it 5days later after complaining to you soaked through
