Placed order nearly two weeks ago and still waiting delivery Phoned Pharma Nord and was informed item out of stock unable to tell me when to expect item to be delivered No communication received beforehand whatsoever regarding an explaination Could have easy posted on their website that product was out of stock before item was ordered and paid for I m surprised by their poor service on this occasion hopefully it s a one off

Website ordering and confirmation of order are all clear and easy to use or read and merit a higher star the first order however said a dispatch confirmation would be sent which was never received I ordered on behalf of an elderly lady who asks incessantly when things will be delivered having no knowledge it was on it s way is a let down hence the 3 star review

A simple request for delivery was carried out on placing the order I work night s and asked for the delivery after 2pm on the notes Arrived at 11am so package couldn t be received Emailed it will be delivered next day between 11am and 12pm Had to ask someone else to be there whilst I slept Not good

I phoned ro make an order a while ago and spoke to a woman who said she was a Supervisor she was not helpful and told me to put your points on line I have not had a problem with this before when speaking to a person to make an order This Supervisor was not warm and friendly as is usually the case i have been ordering for a very long time The time I tried to call was 08 00am it was engaged untill 08 30 I thought you were open at 08 00am When I called again 2 days later and spoke to Victoria I had no problem giving my points to her on the PHONE plus my order

I rate these supplements highly but I try not to buy from the company as the plastic blister packs are so bad for the environment they are not necessary and I have written to them asking when they will consider packaging that is better for the environment and got no response They also send a small booklet with each pack again such a waste of resources

Quick delivery but reward cards often not included and now shortages of stock In view of the response from someone called Lucinda i have to clarify my review I have been purchasing vitamin D3 3200iu regularly from this company for a considerable time and reward cards are almost never included I did not mention orders made using reward points The claim that i have been informed via e-mail and over the phone on numerous occasions about the fact that these orders do not contain a reward card is wholly untrue I think twice at the most including one recent e-mail Also at the time of my review and this persons reply i had NOT received any link enabling me to purchase the D3 1000iu product This link only came through today 9th January And if this product is readily available why is it not featured at all on the website This kind of response to an honest review does the company no favours

Great products and great delivery service The problems arise when trying to use up one s tokens and also order other items that require payment PharmaNord hasn t yet worked out how the two are to be combined in a single order

By and large PharmaNord have performed in the very topmost rank for all the years I have been buying from you But the Award system which is intended to give a discount to existing customers for multiple purchases is a mess I needed 4 items and had enough points to get one of them free Could I combine them -- NO It needed two separate orders on successive days so 2 postal packages Mind you we love the Pharmanord packaging and re-use all your boxes
